Very good!! Have made lasagna and another casserole with these noodles and they are absolutely delicious, barely can tell that they’re GF. This will be my go to for pasta!

So I was shopping for pasta and saw this one. Why do I need so much, I thought. Well ordered it anyway and glad I did because we really like it. It's nice to have on hand. It's also very fresh, unlike the pasta in my local grocery. I don't know what they put in here but it tastes very good too. I've used several bags already which is more than I normally would. Recommended!

This is my new favorite gluten free pasta!! It tastes and acts like the real thing!! I love all the different varieties they make, my new favorite is the “baby marfalda”, it’s like bite size lasagna noodles!! So good!!

The best gluten-free pasta that I have ever tried!

I splurged and bought the sampler box and am not disappointed! Yes, I wish it were less expensive, but this gluten-free pasta is some of the best out there. It has a very nice flavor on its own and can stand up to just a little butter and cheese. This is on par with the Garofalo GF pasta and I love the shapes. My favorite is the baby mafalda, but all have been great. Again, nice flavor, great texture. You won't miss the gluten.

I will never buy another brand. My son and I both have celiacs. We’ve tried a ton of gluten free. No other has ever tasted this good!
