This is great at warming the stones. Only problem is the rocks are VERY HOT and theres no gauge to tell you the temp. After playing with it a bit you will find where to adjust the temp

Just after 10 months this one stopped working. I use it three or four times a week. I will not be buying this again.

The Royal Massage 18 Quart Hot Stone Heater is terrific! It does take about 30 minutes to get to temperature, but it holds the temperature steady (per thermometer). I haven't found any "hot spots" either. This is my first "professional" stone heater. Prior to this, I have bought turkey roasters from a local store and been happy with--except for the most recent one which had "hot spots" and was made from less quality material. The Royal Massage Hot Stone Heater is made of good quality material.

2 of the little rubber foot fell off the first time I used it. Also wish someone would design a roaster that is not so noisy!

This product works really good. It keeps the rocks hot and it's a perfect large size. Easy heat setting and easy to clean.

It's a wonderful stone heater. Heats up quickly... has an adjustable thermostat on it... the perfect companion to my hot stones. I'm VERY pleased. If I were to make any suggestions for future releases, some kind of rubber bumpers to make the closing of the top a bit quieter would be really nice. When your spouse is relaxing and you're getting the hot stones from the heater, you have to be extra careful not to disturb the peace of it all with the metal against metal clunking. But that is not reason to give it less than the 5 stars it deserves.
