Basco Infinity Frameless Sliding Tub Door, Fits 56- 58.5 inch opening, Clear Glass, Silver Finish

My Basco Shower door looks great in my newly remodeled bathroom. Great product, great service, made in America. Cant beat that!!!

Overall I am very happy with the appearance and installation of these tub doors! I believe that I saved at least a couple of hundred dollars over the box stores in purchasing this directly through Amazon to get the same product appearance. Make sure to read the instructions very carefully as the top rail locks into place and requires some movement of the side rails to install it. The tendency is to screw and caulk everything down as quickly as possible. An angle grinder or bench grinder as well as a good file are critical for installation at the two corners where the side rails meet the bottom rail. This takes the longest amount of time in the installation. I withheld five stars for three reasons: 1. There were some very minor cosmetic imperfections in the top rail that are not terribly noticeable. 2. For the poor quality wall anchors which I ended up switching out with a higher quality anchor in the end. 3. One plastic piece was broken in my kit, but after a few emails with customer service they shipped me one quickly.My doors came treated on the inside. One needs to carefully identify which is the inside and outside and attach the handrails appropriately. I purchased separately privacy film from Amazon and carefully applied this to the outside of each glass pane prior to handle install since I could not easily purchase privacy glass. The resulting finish is exactly what I desired.

If I could rate this as a zero star I would. I purchased the Basco Infinity semi-frameless shower door in February of this year. At time of installation, approximately 60 days after door was purchased, one of the two glass panels was found to be defective. The glass was cracked on both sides of one of the brackets the rollers attach to. Because the defect was not reported to Basco within 45 days, they would not replace the glass panel at no charge. I explained that I had extensive work done in my bathroom that unfortunately took longer than their 45 day reporting requirement and the glass panel was not discovered to be defective until then. The woman I was speaking with then said the only thing she could do for me was provide me with the order number for the glass panel and that I would need to contact a distributor to order the panel at a cost that was greater than what I paid for the entire shower door, plus a freight charge on top of that. Thank you very much Basco for all your help; much appreciated. Basco Shower Doors should be ashamed of themselves for not standing behind their products, for providing such horrible customer service, not to mention for providing such an inferior product. Needless to say, I will never purchase another Basco product again.

Nice unit - easy to install. Frame is sleek and looks very professional. Easy to install. Packed well.

The door are beautiful and I do recommend them. The only problem we had was all the hardware was not sent with them. We had to ship the entire package back to amazon in order to receive hardware to install the doors. But once all that was worked out the doors are gorgeous and seem to be very good quality.

A good product. I have installed on two tubs and both went easy. Make sure that bottom rail is square to the walls. Directions are good.

The rollers that the shower doors hang on have flat spots, so every time you slide open a door, you hear a thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump sound. I called Basco customer support, and they refused to replace the rollers, saying Amazon would have to get replacement rollers for us, as they "could have been" damaged in shipping.
