Capsulier Machine997 Coffee Machine, 9.5 x 7.8 x 5.6 inches, stainless steel

This is a case of style over substance. I was tempted by its promise of a 'no mess' machine. It is expensive for piece of plastic but it had a style about that tempted me in. Don't be fooled. The machine does it work. Instructions are poor. It only seemed to work when you pucshed the capsule filly in so it was seated correctly . In that way it delivered the coffe to the capsule but took more than two operations of the handle. However it did not release the capsule. It I shall much simpler and certainly less messy to simply by the capsules and fill manually, tamping down with the filler spoon. DONT BUY THIS. IT IS AN EXPENSIVE GIMIC.

What a great find! I have loved creating my own custom blends of coffee thanks to these awesome little reusable pods, while the product is a little on the pricy side I can certainly see it saving me money in the long run! The only downside is they don’t come with enough pods, which takes a little time especially when I have friends round and find myself having to wash them up.

The machine did not meet the expectations. The release of the capsules is troublesome. The clearance around the metal capsule is to small to grip capsule.

To start with I was given this as a gift. I wanted this for two reasons; I have enjoyed speciality coffee in the past and have been thinking of how to do it. I save my coffee grounds for my compost. It was fortunate that I discovered this by accident months ago. At the time I wasn’t sure because I knew I needed a several capsules so it seemed an expensive option. Delighted to see it available on Amazon but I was put on with the cost.It suddenly dropped in price and capsules too, just in time for Christmas. This is the only reusable capsules that I have tried. The capsules are well crafted and are a high quality product.The capsulier machine itself well it just helps fills the capsules. Simple and easy to use. Not sure if any special happens other that the coffee drops in. I just feel that it’s expensive for what it is. Having said that It does fulfil my goals.I still need to find a coffee that ticks the box for me. I had some coffee beans but I didn’t find this one was strong enough. I have a spice grinder (blades). With a little experimentation I found that it needs to be ground really fine ground. Not sure to buy beans or just get an espresso grind.The capsules were easy to clean, much better than trying to extract from the brought types.Worth giving a go if you have a the machine and saves on capsules especially the plastic type as most are not recyclable.

Excellent machine for blending coffee and if you care about the environment you are saving a lot of plastic waste... I preferred to use a strong coffee like a dark roast Illy and have happily used the machine daily with no issues.
