As others have mentioned in reviews, my 10 yo (!!!) granddaughter got her period. She is very uncomfortable with it and worried about accidents in school. I purchased these panties for her to give her some peace of mind hopefully. She is a US size 10 in panties and I ordered the XSmall and they are just a tad bigger if that helps you out with sizing.The panties themselves are a soft cotton lke little girls panties and the extra lining is a grey cotton and you can feel something between the layers but it does not make any noise or crinkling so these are pretty close to a regular panty with a little extra protection. Of course, they must be used with a pad.I do not expect to hear any further details about their performance but if I do I will revisit this review and let you know how they work in real life. But if you are on the fence, this is a small investment in the comfort and self confidence of a little girl. Yep, as others say, wish they had them years ago.

Bought these for my 11 year old daughter who just got her period and keeps have spills off the back of her pads. These undies are amazing!! There is no crinkle or any sounds related to these. The undies feel thin and don't really feel like there is any extra absorbent protection at all.. However, they are SUPER absorbent!! Even though they are white, no leaks come through at all. So the white on the outside stays white! So wish they had these when I was a kid. My daughter wears them WITH a pad, not instead of a pad. I don't know how they would do in place of a pad, but certainly they do great as a pad back up. Also, the price is amazing! I'm buying 2 more packs for her!!! Daughter is a size 12 in girls clothes and small fits her great.

These are awesome, my daughter has Spina Bifida and with it bladder incontinence.She is 10 and small for her age probably the size of a 5-6 year old a size small was perfect fit.She has been in pull ups since age 3 and they really don’t work well for leaks so these paired with an incontinence pad work perfectly no more leaks and no more kids teasing her in school for wearing pull ups.

Poor advertisement. This is ment to be worn WITH menstrual products. Cute fabric and comfy, though. I wish I would have read more carefully. I thought it would be a cheaper version of THINX but I was wrong. Again these are meant to be worn WITH menstrual products.

These are perfect for my granddaughter. They fit as expected and cute designs. These really help save money for sure. They are lightweight and feel like a regular pair of panties on. These panties are great for little girls that flow heavy and have to go to school so they don't have those embarrassing moments. Overall a good product, good quality product and so glad they have these now.

Ok so they need to take the word teen out of the title bc I am 40. I did go up a size like a few people have mentioned so I usually wear a medium and I ordered a large and they fit great! They work wonders for that ‘extra’ protection. Wash em in cold, dry medium and good to go for the next month! They are just as good if not more comfortable than thinx underwear and more for your money.

My 13 yr old has used several times now and no leaks with a pad. We will try next month at the start of her cycle when It is heaviest. We ordered these the night after she leaked through a 10 hour overnight pad an insane amount. Pediatrician recommended trying these types of products because said everything is normal and she is healthy, just a tiny girl with a BIG period. (Only 100 lbs) We also got some waterproof mattress pads to go with them so she won't have to unzip a mattress cover each time. She has an allergy type cover on the bed which protected the mattress great but was very difficult to get off and on. The fit is on the small side. I ordered size Small for weight range 100-120 lbs and did not first wash them so we could see the fit. (Again she is 100 lbs and nearly 5'3", 27.5" waist / 33.5" hips). They are soft and quiet. Would also be nice if the waterproof liner went farther up in front. Luckily she is not like me and bleeds more towards the back so it should not be an issue. Pleased with the quality to price ratio.

I was worried when I saw these were marketed to teens but they fit as expected. I'm a size 6 and I had a medium. I used to use Thinx and thought these would be good to try for the price of less than 1 pair of Thinx. The Thinx were much thicker and not very breathable. These are thinner more like cotton underwear but you can tell where the thicker lining is. The description mentioned these are not meant to be worn alone but as a backup pair for for leaks. I would tend to agree with that. I bought these for the purpose of using them with a menstrual cup. The first night I did want to see just how much the underwear could manage so I went to sleep with them. I woke up feeling damp, these do not really wick moisture away, but I checked the bed and my clothes and there were no leaks. I would say this is a great product especially for the price and for people wanting to reduce waste.

I bought these for my daughter. Since she’s just beginning, sometimes things start unexpectedly or leaks happen. She’s so anxious about it... I got her these for sleepovers, for camping. She is in love with them. They look just like regular panties but give her peace of mind. I recommend these to anyone with girls. I’ve already ordered more in different colors and sizes so she’s got them as she grows.

My daughter is a size small women’s and the mediums fit her perfectly.They are meant to be worn with a sanitary product and are to help avoid leaks and they are perfect for school and nighttime.I remember how awful it was trying to sleep or being afraid of leaking at school. I wish I had these growing up!

I got XS for my slender almost 11 yr old. These give her confidence that she’s not going to have a leak. She said they feel a little sweaty. These are backup protection.

I toss and turn a lot in my sleep, so when I'm on my period I'm always worried about my pad shifting and causing leaks. This product is the perfect fix!
