Books of the Ethiopian Bible: Missing from the Protestant Canon

Basically all the Books of the “narrower canon” of the Ethiopian Bible that aren’t in the Hebrew/Protestant canon. It is missing the Prophecy of Jeremiah, which precedes Additions to Jeremiah (4 Baruch) and psalm 151, but I was able to print both on a shipping label and stick them in the back of the book. It’s also true that 1-3 Meqabyan are in Iyric (Rastafari version of Jamaican Patois) but it’s not that hard to understand/overstand from the context. There is a standard English version of these books you can order, but since the Iyric version is the only one available for free online and the authors I assume complied this book from copying and pasting into a word document (not a bad thing necessarily!), I’ll give them credit where it’s due.Other than that, it’s the apocrypha (I believe) of the King James Bible and the RH Charles translations of Enoch and Jubilees. The phrase “the Lord” has been changed to Jah throughout, which may or may not be a turn off for some people, but in my opinion this makes this book a great companion to the “Divine Name King James Bible”, which has Jehovah and Jah everywhere the regular KJV has “The LORD” in the Old Testament (and notes where Jehovah would appear in OT quotes in the New Testament)In summary, this bare bones but important book is probably the best someone Rastafari or at least curious about what the Ethiopian Bible contains. As Daniel says, “(in) the time of the end, many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” (Dan. 12:4)

Everyone needs this!!It is the missing piece to the full biblical canon!!After reading this and the "bible" everything adds up and makes sense.After being forced raised into the church all my life I understand the gods word more now than I ever have, and certainly realize so much in religion is wrongI see why the "church" removed these books because they hold too much truthSo greatful for the word of God 🙌🙏

I highly recommend this Ethiopian Bible, the missing apocrypha books are included. This allows you to read the Bible with more context that connects perfectly to the old and new testaments bibles.

Interesting to read some of the books of the Bible that were left out as some people deemed then not to be scripture even though these books have been found in the dead sea scrolls.These books were removed due to the fact that they are you the truth about the Sabbath, the ten commandments and the end times which people like to twist and do away with from scripture.

For those looking to find out a bit more about our world outside of canonical bible. For those searching for Yahweh - a must study book.

Because of the slang i was disappointed.

Just received mine today and thought I was getting the entire Bible with 100 books.Already have those missing g books from the Catholic/Orthodox bible.
