I have gone through countless different brands of folders throughout my career as an attorney. I originally went the cheap route and bought the most inexpensive folders I could find. But they would tear as soon as I started stuffing them full of documents. Once I found Smead I knew I had found my forever folders! They are extremely durable and you can put literally hundreds of pages in them. They have 3 dividers inside them and each divider has metal clips to hold hole punched documents. My kids have dropped my folders down the stairs of my home office on multiple occasions and they have yet to rip. What is also a huge bonus is that they are made of such thick material that they can take a coffee spill without being destroyed! They also fit perfect in a standard briefcase . I highly recommend this brand of folder, I am very pleased with them.

Being in real estate, these folders come in super handy! I am able to categorize all my documents and keep them separated with the individual tabs.The bright blue color helps keep them noticeable and I am able to put these inside hanging folders!Great for anyone in office settings who need to keep things in an organized fashion.

I like the two hole prongs and the fact that they are not recycled material, making them stronger and more durable. I wish I had only ordered these files and not the two dividers ones as well.

These are great folders that we use for our business clients. Each color represents a difference sales office.

My files have a life of no more than three weeks and I have five to ten going at a time, so I recycle these constantly. The old set lasted three years (could have used them another six months, probably). I replaced them with these and worried a little because the description didn't give me a comfortable feeling about how they'd last. I'm not worried. They're heavy, sealed board stock like I expected with the two-prong firmly placed at the top of each "side." The only thing that would stand up better would be actual plastic, though those "warp" with time.

These are top shelve folders do not hesitate to buy.
