They cannot support over 100 pounds! They will bend or break open!
The description is completely false regarding how much weight these will support. In my experience, these will not safely support more than about 10 -20 pounds. We used them in a hammock, and after about 30 minutes of one person (150 pound) in the hammock the carabiners bent open. See photo.
