Not really a goos brew kit,tipped away unable to drink

More of a Red Ale than Amber
I tend to brew 20 litres rather than 24 and chuck in a jar of honey as well as the sugar because.. well why not?!The result was a clear rich red style ale which was more of a winter beer and not really a summer thirst quencher.It came in at 5% or just over and is drinkable.Not quite to my taste so I wont make this one again, but if you like rich fruity red ales go for it.
