Reliability is out of this world!
Johnny vacs are soo nice strong suctioning and very durable. We have a large house and 10 people. Vacummed everyday and it lasted us many years. There warranty is amazing.

Hidden cleaning brush is a little on the small side. No other complaints though. Happy so far
Awesome vac. The only negative was the clip that was shown in instructions to clip wand to canister to store it upright was not present.
