Yes it spins and you can raise and lower the chair. Or you can move the foot basin since it isn’t attached and pull out the leg rest and place the table in front.

Q: How far apart are the shipments? I received only the base today...

I received everything but the base part do I need to wait on the other part or is it all supposed to be together

Q: How far back does it recline? I want the chair to recline far enough to do lash extensions.
