I have a 2014 camper that is parked outside. I used this for the first time and the rubber roof came out unbelievably clean and bright. Easy to use but be sure to use a lot of water to wash the excess off the sides of the camper. I did get some overspray on the aluminum siding of my house and it left some stains. So, make sure to watch where the overspray is going and wash it off or move the camper away from the building. Great product that works as listed.

Cleaned everything surprisingly well except the black hiking boot marks. It's made for EPDM sheeting and the price reflects that, but I'd still tend to favor this over 'homemade' concoctions only because there's too much hand wringing out there about what does and what doesn't turn a 15+ year EPDM roof into a 10 year roof.

As an RV Technician, I get a ton of people asking me to do maintenance for them. This is my product of choice. It will clean up most any stains and get the roof very clean and nearly as white as a new one. Maintenance on the roof is the most important part of RV ownership.

Very good product. Just did the roof on my 2016 5th wheel yesterday. Being parked near several trees my roof gets dirty. This stuff really works on getting the black and crud off. It works better than anything I've tried so far. Plan on washing your rig after you use this because it will streak your rig and the windows, it won't just hose off. I found on stubborn spots a second application deep cleans. After hosing and area off I simply splashed some on the roof and used a medium bristle roof brush to scrub it in. I let it set a minute and hosed off. I did the entire roof and them went back and hit the hard spots again. I used about half the container on a 42 foot 5th wheel with 5 slides. I highly recommend this product

Easy product to use. I used this to clean the roof of a 40ft RV I just bought that the previous owner never cleaned in 12 years. Without much scrubbing sap, black marks, and algae all came off with little effort. The roof looks like new again. I will definitely continue to buy this brand whenever I need to clean the roof.Note it’s biodegradable which makes it so much easier without any harsh chemicals. I didn’t need gloves or mask or protective gear to use this.

Does a great job keeping my rubber RV trailer roof looking new. My trailer is 3+ years old ands the roof looks bright white and new as the day I bought it. Besides cleaning, this product has UV protectant for the roof material to help it combat damage from the sun. I use a car wash brush (soft ) and a bucket to apply it to the roof twice a year, in fall before storing the trailer and again in spring when I get ready for a new camping season. I store my trailer outdoors without a cover under trees, and it get a lot of rain, snow, flowering tree and pollen debris, and a grey film of Pacific NW mold. This product takes care of all that.Much cheaper and easier to buy and use this product then pay for covered storage for my trailer. And even if I did, I'd probably still use this product once a year anyways.

This did not work as advertised. Used it 2 times and scrubbed more than I would have liked and it still didn't clean. I resorted to Mold Armor and it worked like a charm with almost no scrubbing. Left the RV roof clean and white.

This review is for “Thetford Premium RV Rubber Roof Cleaner & Conditioner”I purchased a 1.9L jug of this to clean the roof of my 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express 192RBS travel trailer. It worked great, cleaning my dirty roof and left the roof feeling like it had indeed been conditioned.PROCEDURE:I sprayed the roof with a garden hose to get it wet, mixed the cleaner in a plastic pail at a 1:5 ratio of cleaner to lukewarm water and then used a soft floor mop to gently clean the roof. The dirt lifted right off and then I rinsed off the roof thoroughly with a gentle spray of water. I did not use a pressure sprayer!I highly recommend this product!

Used as directed and scrubbed with a medium brush it removed most stains except a few. Did a 26' trailer roof with 1/3 bottle in about 40 mins. Hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. Will do more often now.

Works great! Cleaned my RV roof no problem. I would give it a 5 star but this stuff is expensive for what it is.

Hreat product to bring that rubber roof back to white. Keep the side of the trailer rinsed and it seems to leave streaks on mine (most likely due to oxidization) Other than that its great.

Very easy to use a really moisturizer the seal’s preventing cracking
