Affordable replacement toner
Aftermarket toner for the Lexmark MS series.The war of the cartridges is out of control. My most recent printer is so eager to sell me the own-brand cartridges that the company insists that my printer has to be on a monitoring website to be able to use it. As almost all of the profit on printers lies within the huge profits made on selling toner, companies all try all sorts of scams, and lately virtual threats, to keep you shelling out vast sums of cash to them. Or course you could go for these third part versions, which will be accepted by your printer without much qualm, bar maybe pretending they are empty, which you can skip, (or just turn off 'automatic updates' on your printer) and you will get exactly the same quality and quantity of printing, at a about a quarter of the cost. It's an easy enough decision.

Struggled with customer service
Toner appeared to be faulty as was very feint. Contacted CustmrSrv who issued a label to return. 2 weeks after returning product I still had no replacement so I contacted again then sent proof of return. Each message took a day to reply so took a week to sort out and by this time I had to buy another one from elsewhere. As I wrote this I’m still waiting for the reply from this morning’s message re refund
