Fourever FunkyWomen's Garter Belt of Stretch lace

I just got this garter in the mail. It came very neatly packaged, in a box kind of larger than necessary but I like it because that means it wasn't beaten around in an envelope while being shipped. It came wrapped in plastic but only sealed with some tape, which I guess is okay. I'm going to hand wash it soon.I absolutely love this piece. It's sexy and fits me well. My smallest part of my waist is 30", and right just below my the narrowest part it's about 35", and my hips are 37" at the widest part. The large size fit me just fine and sits right at the widest part of my torso beautifully. The top part of the waist band goes over my belly button and does not sit at the narrowest part of my waist, but I like the feel of it and that is personal preference. If your waist is smaller than 30" most certainly go a size smaller if you don't want the garter to sit low. Regardless, it will look beautiful on most women. I absolutely cannot wait to show this off to my partner.The lace looks nothing like the photo though, absolutely nothing like it. The lace is more like a shear mesh with a wavy pattern on it. So, if you're trying to match a bra or stockings to this DO NOT go by the photo! It isn't as luxurious looking as in the photos, but it is far from cheap. When I have some time I'm going to try to post a costumer photo to help other women find their perfect fit.

I purchased the black version of this, size M even though i am a size S (5'7", 115 lb, 26" waist, 34" hips) based on some of the reviews and im So glad i did. Let me just say, i have about 50 garters of various price ranges, some of the chinese ones do run small but this takes the cake, by far. The waist when buttoned up on the loosest measures 23", thats like XS or something, on the tighter buttons its 22". Completely ridiculous, my waist is 26" and even though it has a little bit of stretch it still looks and feels tight.The clasps are made of very hard plastic so not only its hard to get them open but im thinking if i wear it with tights often, they will likely break. From experience, if you want your garter to last and plan to wear it often, get one with metal clasps.The lace itself is somewhat rough and cheap looking. If youre looking for a cheap garter, i would recommend ordering something out of china that costs 5-10 bucks and looks and last the same as this, if youre looking for a more quality piece, Victorias Secret garters start at 20$ and are Far better quality, with ok sizing and measurement charts available. Had any one of the previous reviews posted the measurements, i would know to go two or three sizes up (!!!!!).To make sure no one else ever makes the mistake of ordering their actual size, i am adding pictures of my garter that show the measurement of the waist (both loose and tight buttons) and a couple of myself wearing it, you can clearly see that its pretty tight on me.So to sum this up - child sized garter. Pretty creepy.

This is adorable when laid out on the bed. As a garment, it's worthless. I am 5'9" and 135lbs. I ordered a large as the others reviewers have recommended and it fits, but is nearly too large. My hips are 38" and my waist is 29". The garter elastics are very long and the small adjuster won't stay up, so I stitched mine. They are almost short enough on the SHORTEST adjustment and my inseam is 34". I am very leggy and I think this would be way too long for a shorter person, or a tall person with normal proportions, so be ready to alter it.The clips are plastic. It is very hard to get them fastened over stockings in the first place, and they often pop loose. It's a cute piece, but its bedroom only. This is absolutely not serviceable out in public. It's not worth the effort and cost to attach metal garter clips. For all these reasons, it barelly garners two stars from me.

I looked everywhere in town for a regular and pretty garter belt with no success. The others would not hold up my stockings because the clasps would keep falling off. Not with this beauty, keeps them up until I want them off. Very pretty lace, just as the picture shows. I probably would have chosen one size larger because this one is a bit snug on me. I did not measure my waist or hips so I guessed at the size, I normallly wear size 8 in pants. I recommend this garter belt!

A lot of garter belts tend to not stay up but this one does. The clasps also work well anddon't let go as easily as some cheaper ones do.

I gave the Garter belt 4 stars, Just because it was nice and comfortable, it looks sexy but the only thing that I didn't like was how elongated it is. I am short petite girl I ordered a medium I think a small would have been a bit better but if you are looking for a comfortable yet sexy look this is def the one. I just wished they came with a matching thong.I am 5'4 150 pounds :D

I love this, it's gorgeous and is completely flattering. BUT it's almost impossible to get the clips to attach. The clips are plastic (not metal) and the little button part is rubber and extremely difficult to find through the stocking material to try to get it in the right spot and slide. Especially if you're using thigh-highs with rubber (self-holding-up) it's basically impossible. And those stockings seem to be all that's available these days.

I gave this product a 3 rating because although the belt is very sexy, the clips that attach the belt to the stockings is rather flimsy. I find that I constantly have to re-attach my stockings. That being said, I like the garter belt enough to replace the garters with sturdier ones.Please note that I am height/weight proportionate so the garter is not too small, the fasteners are plastic and they just don't attach to the stockings very securely.
