I wish I had got this back brace earlier. I have always known this product exists, but I never really trust it. I had always thought this was a gimmick, something like a height increase shoes. Glad that I gave it a try. Now I wear it every chance I can. It's very easy to put on, I keep it under my shirt so I can wear it to work. After 2 days of using it, I can feel my back gets straighter, my upper back feels a bit sore. The brace teaches me to use some muscles I don't normally use. Now I have used it for 5 days, and I still love it.

Bought it for mom, she’s been having lower back pain for quite some time and this actually helped her release the pain. I decided to buy this when my husband started using my old one and this is just as good. I wore it all day today, it is soft so it does not hurt when you wear it tight. I liked it a lot.

At least, that's my experience. I'm on the upper limit of the Medium range and found the Medium to be a little tight. It still worked and got me to a much better place. Washes and dries quickly, but I work on a farm and figured I'd buy a second, so this time I went for a Large.The difference? With the larger size, I can wrap the shoulder straps further round my waist with the result that they really work to keep my shoulders BACK without any downward pressure on my shoulder.I walk better, I dig and lift better and I sit better at the table and the computer. Even after I take it off

Hunchback is a family gift from my mother's family. Over the years, I've bought a lot of hunchback correction products, including those expensive electronic products that are very popular on the Internet. The facts tell me that this product is really working. it is bearable. I can wear it under a loose t-shirt and no one can tell I am wearing it. This is what I want.There is no small size for this product, so I hesitated and bought the medium size. In fact, the medium is very good for a petite person like me. It can be adjusted by yourself.I've worn it for three days. Basically, I put it on every morning when I get up, and I don't take it off until after dinner. I think it's very helpful. I work at home now. Hopefully, I will look different when I go back office, no longer hunchback.

I really wanted to like this back brace and gave it some time, but have to conclude that it just doesn't do the job. In my experience with it, it just doesn't live up to product's claim of "full back support". By nature of its design, pulling the should straps to secure the upper back naturally pulls the waist belt all the way up my rib cage, leaving my lower back completely unsupported. Loosening the shoulders to prioritize the abdomen/lower back doesn't do a lot either, as the waist belt itself doesn't provide much real support without tightening it so much that it's hard to breathe. The shoulder straps do something, but only about 50% of what I would call good posture. The total effect is that I still find myself slouching. That said, if anything, it takes a little weight off a portion of my back when I slouch - so it's like a slouch hammock. That could be useful for any of you are just looking to relieve a little pressure for a decent price. Also, as with most braces, it's a bit like a white elephant: Just wearing it is an occasional reminder to check one's posture. So... 2 stars. For what it's worth, I'm 5'8" athletic build.

I love this product. Being a dentist and constantly slouching 8 hours a day my posture has progressively gotten worse and worse. This back support help keeps my posture straight while I work and I even wear them at home when I am casually on the computer. Supplementing this support with some exercises is the perfect recipe to get your beautiful posture back!
