This product definitely does what it’s designed to do. There was a learning curve and I burned food on the bottom that was a problem to clean as I learned that my burner on medium heat is still too hot! However they had GREAT customer service and they gave me advice on how to clean it if that happens and now I love it!

I've owned a set of Americraft-Kitchen Craft cookware for over 12 years, so I'm really familiar with it. I was making sugar sirup in my 2 quart and it (the sugar water) burned to a crisp because I forgot about it. I wasn't able to get the pot back to a usable condition again, so I bought this new 360 two quart pot with a lid. I am very pleased with it's performance so far. It's a lot heavier than my other pot. The only thing I don't like is the top handle gets hot (unlike my other one which had a black cool knob. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.

I bought this sauce pan to replace All-Clad stainless steel pan. I like 360's quality which is better than All-Clad. Comparing with All-Clad, it is easier to clean the burned food with 360's pan. I am very happy with this cute 1 quart pan and bought the 360's 2 quart pan with lid which is perfect for 2 people. I wish 360 will produce the 0.5 quart butter warmer so I can replace my All-Clad butter warmer with 360's butter warmer. 360 is an excellent brand made in USA.

I like this product but got wrong item

Summertime I drove to an appointment, arrived early, and while sitting in the parking lot remembered I left water to boil on the stove. That was 20 minutes ago. 15 minutes back I started the car and drove (through red lights and then some). As I drove up to the building I heard the fire engines. I parked and ran for the patio of the apartments to see IS THERE SMOKE COMING FROM THE WINDOW? Alas, I got up 3 flights of stairs and the pan wasn't even scorched.

We were introduced to the 360 Cookware at the We Care Spa in California. Of course- the food prepared with the cookware tasted great there...but what about when we got home? The cookware is awesome! Very simple and easy to cook food in its own juices using lower heat! And the flavors iare magnificent! Loving everything about it so far! I would recommend you acquire the cookbook when purchasing however. The cookbook opens up many opportunities we hadn't thought of.

I love this pan. As good as all clad for less money

Love my 360 cookware! It’s the best cookware I have ever used! It is perfect for cooking on my range top as well as baking in an oven. Everything I have made (using the induction method - low heat and a small amount of water) with this cookware has turned out perfectly!!! Wish I had bought the entire set instead of (4) piece by piece.

Such a well made product. I can see why they guarantee it for life.
