The sample arrived in excellent condition. It is a unique and quality container that is much more of a pleasure to work with than the usually plastic ones. It comes about 4/5 full and with a small blue scoop inside. The lid is easy to use and seals tightly. I had no issues with the first time opening it. We have a piece of rubber grip jar opener that works wonderfully on hard to open jar lids, but I didn't even have to use it on this one. It was firm but not impossible.The fine white collagen powder dissolves readily and quickly in water and juices. It hardly has any taste or odor to it and is very much neutral when added to smoothies and drinks. You can not really tell you added it except for a slight thickening of the liquid. Taking the recommended 2 scoops per day will yield a 30 day supply. And taking it for the recommended 6 weeks before noticing great effects means you will need at least 2 of the 10.6 oz containers. I have been taking 1 scoop per day and already notice increased growth in hair and nails. I have taken other collagen products and have to say that this is now my favorite. I prefer it because it is tasteless and odorless. The bovine sourced one I was taking wasn't as pleasant to use. I would consider this a premium brand and product. If you interested in it, then I would suggest getting enough to take for the full recommended 6 weeks. If you were to take 1 scoop on the first day, 2 on the second and then to continue to alternate between 1 and 2 scoops each day, the 10.6 oz container would last 6 weeks and allow you to evaluate if you are experiencing the results you want enough to continue to use a premium product. I can tell a difference. I had no digestive upset and like using collagen as it benefits everything in its title plus improves gut health. This is my first experience with marine collagen and ordered as it has amino acids, easily digestible, bioavailability, natural, GMO free and is derived from a renewable resource . The 10.6 ounces is 60 servings with one scoop pictured equaling one serving. I do like the screw top metal canister as looks great out on the countertop.Recommend if it fits into your budget as it is at the luxury collagen powders at cost per serving. This is a review for Feel Iceland | Amino Marine Collagen which at time of review is $40 for a 4.9 oz canister of the powder. According to the canister a 2 scoop serving will get you 14 days out of a can so this is pricier collagen at $2.85 a serving. Being that this is marine collagen there is no dairy or beef product but according to the manufacturer just fish for the collagen source. I've been using only 1 scoop to prolong the dosage (the product page says 1 to 2 scoops). Of the marine collagen I have tried this one thankfully does not taste of fish or other water borne things. I've been using it in my coffee and you can tell it's in there but it's not offensive or make the coffee smell funny. Seems a quality product but may be slightly out of reach for those on a supplement budget.
