I purchased the coarse blend and the Kosher blend b/c I cook a lot. I loved the touch and feel and taste of subtle salt.The coarse grind is good on brownies or any dishes with chocolate and shaved salt. The Kosher grind has a different finger feel than the typical "D" brand salt. I have enjoyed the grinds and the taste of this brand, based on a recommendation of a friend. Nice, original origin of salt. I will enjoy cooking w/ these blends. --David Allen

Purchased for use in the creation of cleaning supplies and found it to be perfect for it. This salt is coarse enough for cleaning/scrubbing but high quality enough that it doesn’t cause a residue. I actually even set a small amount aside for cooking and saw great use for that as well.

I liked the easy to open packaging that could be sealed up again. The grains of salt were even, clean, and flowed beautifully. I can’t tell you the result of my preserved lemons for another month, but I got 6 -8 oz jars out of one bag of true salt. Will order again.

I purchased this to help with cleaning my cast iron pans. It does it well and I'm sure it tastes good, but it did come in a box that will effect shelf life use.

I use this salt for grilling steaks or chicken. The coarse grains really hold up when compared to ordinary table salt. It helps make a great crust on the meat with exceptional flavoring.
