Flexibility: the feet are free to move and engage the ground naturally, preventing muscle immobility and atrophy2. Thin sole: the sole of the shoe is thin and firm which allows for better proprioception and feedback from the ground3. Minimal or zero heel-to-toe drop: this allows the feet to be in a neutral position which supports a healthy posture and puts less stress on the joints4. Wide toe box: the toes are not compressed but have room to spread, leading to better balance.

Fantastic
I bought these shoes to return to a more minimal shoe after having done a lot of barefoot running on grass in the past, until an injury ( not related ) has kept me out for a few years. I do own a pair of Vibram five fingers which are open and are very disliked by my wife. So after reading the reviews on Amazon I decided to give these a go.I have been Bly had them for 3 days but have walked a couple of mile in them and have completed a 6 mile fell run in them this morning and could not be happier. These shoes are fantastic.10/10 for comfort10/10 for fit10/10 for gripIn short they are great and I will be buying another pair for everyday use 😁👍

I am sorry but they are not as decribed....They are Better!!!!
I have run with various nike and Reebok and Kalenji (Decathlon branded) running shoes. I was not really confident to buy minimalist style running shoes, but for the price, I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. These shoes are my absolute favourite to run in. They are wide fitting shoes, like a reebok and that suits me perfectly. With the minimal cushioning, I am really surprised at how comfortable they are, to run in. I am only a novice/average runner- normally averaging 8.30 per mile on a 5 mile run- that is quite a good steady run for me :) . With these on, I averaged 8.09 mins per mile for the same distance and it did not feel to me, like I was running much harder. my feet just seemed to be moving faster under me. I think the shoe has a lot to do with that as I felt lighter on my feet. Of course, it is still early days, but after my first run, honestly, I feel instantly adapted to these shoes and that is something I have rarely felt in the past. It normally takes a little time to adjust to a pair of shoes. These really have been the best running shoes that I have bought, in a long time.. Thank you

Really comfortable - go anywhere trainer.
Bought the size 8, my usual size, which is usually a 42. But 42 here is a 7, so had to exchange.I literally haven’t taken them off and will be buying agin to have a second pair. Dog walking in the woods, comfortable all day at work and just tried a run with them. Very similar feel to vibram 5 fingers. I imagine these are basically the same as vivobarefoot too. Fraction of the ridiculous price of other barefoot shoes.Have recommended to many people now.

Most COMFORTABLE shoes I've EVER worn!
I LOVE THESE SHOES! They are THE MOST comfortable shoes I have EVER worn! My toes are as free as they would be barefoot, the sole is soft, yet I can still feel most of the terrain underfoot. It's helped my back feel better overall, no more pain due to the slight heel you get in different shoes. They're breathable too. They are seriously AWESOME! I'm about to get another pair or two because MY GOD, I love them and I'd like to have different colours to go with different outfits. I haven't used them in running yet, but once I get used to them I will probably try it and post a review on here!

Good shoes...but I got stiffed by amazon.
These are great barefoot style shoes for the money. I wear a size UK 9 in most every other shoe but needed an 8.5 in these. I ordered an 8.5 and sent back the 9's but amazon must have ran out of size 8.5 and tried to fob size 8's off on me instead. So I had to send those back too and now I dont have any as the size 8.5 option has been removed. I've been wearing barefoot shoes since 2012 and could tell right away these were decent, so i'm somewhat miffed that I am now seemingly unable to get them in my size. Thanks amazon. Maybe next time you dont try to sell me things you dont have in stock!

Great shoes, good fit for bunions too!
Looked at a bunch of reviews before buying, was worried they'd be cheap and rubbish. They're certainly cheap but are in no way rubbish. Very comfortable, build quality is pretty high, fit is very adjustable. Have been to the gym several times for strength training, elliptical, and treadmill. These do push you to run on the balls of your feet. Also great for walking around town or off road too. Yet to try an outdoor run but I'm sure they'll be great there too.My dad tried them on (he has pretty severe bunions) and he found the wide toe box beneficial so have bought him some too!

My favourite shoes!
I love these shoes! I've bought 2 pairs for myself & 1 for my mrs. The first pair i bought has lasted me over a year & they're still in great condition and I only bought the second pair for a change of colour. Will be buying another pair soon to try the other style on offer.I use these shoes for everything from walking, jogging, gyming to even dipping in the sea at the beach. They're super versatile & I find them really comfortable. They air & dry really quick too when you get them wet.The toes are wider than normal shoe which is nice cause they give your toes some nice wiggle room, but they're not too big to flop around or anything. The material is super breathable & flexible so feels like you're not wearing anything on top. The sole is removable so you can be super in contact with the floor or have some padding if you prefer to keep it.Some side points:- feet can get cold in the winter without the sole so definitely worth keeping them in storage.- rough floor like loose stone can be a little tender without the soles, especially when running.- perfect for lifting weights because of the zero heel drop and amazing grip (would hurt like hell if you dropped a weight on your toes though).Honestly, these are the best shoes I've ever owned in terms of comfort and longevity. Theyre not the most stylish of shoes but don't look bad when you've got them on.Excited to try the more trainer like looking model next.Edit: got the red 'smarter' looking ones now too & absolutely love them. They're a much more casual design which is nice & they fit almost exactly the same as the other style. Only difference is the toe box seems slightly more narrow but that's not necessarily a negative. For me these are a little warmer & a little more comfortable to wear & they look very tidy. 100% my go to shoe brand these days for affordable barefoot shoes and now with an awesome design. I now own 3 pairs myself and the Mrs has a pair too!
