Ok so as far as fitness bands go overall this is a really good quality. I purchased the heavy, thickest one, based on my experience using bands. However I was very wrong, and the band is practically no use to me. The thickest band is very very strong and I can barely stretch it never mind do exercises with it. But as far as quality these are great. The inside has a grip in it so they don't slide or move while your exercising. If I had bought either the medium or light one I think these would be great. I definitely recommend getting one as long as you can function with it, maybe start off with light!

The media could not be loaded.  Love this band. It is of really good quality. Fits quite well in the bag that the seller also provides and is hence easy to carry around to the gym. For such a good price its a great way to start/add stretches and other supplemental exercises in your fitness routine. The band has gripping rubber which prevents slipping, a feature that a lot of general bands dont have, so I feel thats a huge plus too.

These resistance bands are really great quality! They are a fabric material rather than rubber, so they actually stay in place while you work out. Other bands that I’ve tried are rubber and tend to roll down your legs pulling at your skin (or leg hair if you’re a man). I also like that they come with a compact travel bag which makes it take your workout with you while traveling. Very pleased with my purchase, and I highly recommend them!

Love this product! The power bands are made of good quality material and grip very well! I enjoy the sliders since it allows for more variety of exercises as you can combine all the equipment! There are also free workout videos that you can view to help get you started! The shipping was very quick, I received it the next day!! Everything comes in a nice little pouch to keep everything together and organized. I would 100% recommend this product, especially if you are interested in home workouts!

Ever since I started working out, I was looking for ways that attack my muscles from different angles. But my knees are always the ones that keep me back. With this band, I can relieve the pressure on my knees a little bit when I do squats and work on cores. Really multi-purpose! And the band is very durable too. I have used this for a month now and it still has very elastic.

I bought the Large Size belt in black color way. Along with the belt there is a dust bag as well, very well thought.The belt is about 2.5 inch wide, very thick material, u can definitely feel the tention after putting them on and stat you exercise. The surface material is very soft and gentle, so even when you are wearing short shorts and put them directy on your skin, it's not going to be uncomfortable. The quality, the fit and finish is top notch, and is very very durable as well.I've already washed it once and it has no color fade or shrink at all.Overall, very happy with the product
