packaging misleading
I am not the best with tech but the packaging was so similar to windows office, that's what I thought I was buying. It installed slowly but then wouldn't open. Returned it and uninstalled it ... never used it as it wouldn't open. Got a full refund and then bought Windows Office which is great. And before anyone thinks I had installed it wrongly, I had it installed by a professional who also said it was not easy to do. He also then couldn't open it!It may have been a one off but I installed Windows myself and it works perfectly.

Excellent piece of software if you only just need to open or edit a few "office" docs a month plus with cloud storage this works across any device you have registered to the software.For those who need a lot of user licenses this is way cheaper than any othe software of its type on the market

It took me awhile to get my head round saving a document I had typed up. I clicked on ‘save as’ but when I went back into documents what I had done wasn’t there. Then realised to click on the ‘floppy disk’ symbol. Hey presto document there after third time of typing up.

Tracking information – HZ299484378GB – According to the tracking information, Item was received 2021/02/02.It is now July – 2021, I still have not had my refund.

A good alternative that can match most of the big namers
This software is similar to the big named brand at a fraction of the price.It has most of the features for PP (although some of the features are missed) and word documents and was easy to install.The need to keep reinstalling can become a little frustrating after buying the licence (which still wasn't cheap at over £75!)It is worth considering buying though.Although now we have invested in the big named brand from a 3rd party at a fraction of the price.
