Great Quality ; Missing Some Features
I did think from the picture that I would be able to pack a lot more into this bag. I pictured what I keep in it, and it pretty much fills the bag. I only feel safe carrying small snacks for myself and my 2kids (for each of us: 1 pack of tuna, 6crackers, 1 granola bar, 1.2oz nuts), bug repellant bracelets for each of us, sunscreen, visor, and Leatherman/multitool. I feel like I can only put smooth things with no sharp edges or points into the big pocket, which is where the bladder fits, or something might puncture or rub a hole in it (the bladder) because there's no sleeve to protect it. There is thick insulation material, but only on the front and back panel of the pocket, not on the sides, so it doesn't fully insulate the bladder. The construction and stitching and the insulation material all seem very durable and high quality. The shape, padding, and spacing of the shoulder straps are VERY comfortable, and were the determining factor in choosing this particular pack. I'm so happy that this part turned out to have been described accurately by everyone, because I feel like I could actually wear this pack for long periods without hurting my neck and shoulders. The waist strap seems well-placed (nice and low on me, a 5'4ish" female with a shorter torso) and may be useful when I wear it for long periods, but for everyday use it's just in the way so I just fold the sides back and clip them behind the pack. Those two pockets are then useless for everyday use. Maybe they would be good for phone and/or keys when hiking, they're big enough to actually hold my phone which was kind of surprising, but the problem for me would be that they need to wrap around my side so they would be better for something small or flexible than for something long and rigid like a phone.

Great hiking pack for this plus sized chick!
This is my first ever hiking backpack! I'm in love with it! I love the little side pockets so I can keep things I want to reach handy. I do wish there was more space in the non-cooler pocket and vice versa. I'm not really trying to chill my sun screen and bug spray so I don't need it next to my lunch.I also would.love a bladder that doesn't require.me to bite. I'm old, I don't bite the best.Lstly I'm plus sized and it fits Great! I'm an easy 4x, so if you're wondering if it'll work, it does.

Great size for a day trip!
The main pocket is big enough to hold the bladder and my hoodie! The front compartment is good to hold snacks in even with the back compartment full with my hoodie. The water hose does not leak, and is easy to use. The side pockets on the waist strap are NOT big enough for any kind of smart phone I know, but it IS good for change, cards, receipts and little trinkets. The mesh pocket in front is good to hold your phone for easy access. Very light, secure straps, comfortable, and functiinal for day hikes, day trips to the fair or park. Only wish the waist strap could hold my phone, but thats minor. I need it for a bike ride in the everglades, strolling around the keys, going out kayaking and beaching and it can hold all the essentials. Not sure how waterproof it is, but its made of synthetic material so splashing is ok, but I havent tried pouring rain and dunking the whole thing

Great Daypack for Hiking!
FUNCTION: Took a day trip to Anacapa Island National Park where there was no water source-all drinking water had to be packed in. So glad I bought this backpack! Held about three and a half cold water bottles in the reservoir (included) which gave me a cool drink all day (five hours) . This was possible because of the pack’s insulated, largest section. The pack includes a reservoir and drinking straw with a simple twist-to-close, bite to sip design to prevent leaks and a cover over the end to protect the mouthpiece from trail dirt. The straw is snaked through a hole and along one of the straps for easy access while hiking. POCKETS/SECTIONS: There are handy pockets within the compartments and some on the outside of the pack for easy access. COLOR: The bright magenta color is as pictured and I was very pleased with the choice. SIZE: Smaller than an average backpack, it had all the space I needed to carry various items without being overstuffed. It does not look like a child’s pack but it could be used for a pre-teen comfortably. STRAPS: Padded straps with a chest and waist straps to secure it to your body. D loops on both sides. IN SUMMARY: My trip was much more enjoyable because of this pack. It was the best purchase I’ve made in a while. It’s a quality made product that will last for years to come. It makes me want to hit the trails again soon! Buy this backpack for a day trip or instead of carrying a purse at an amusement park.

10/10 Would Recommend!
We bought two of these for my husband and I to take on our Disney trip. They saved us so much money, as we didn't need to buy overpriced concessions. We had plenty of water (which stayed cold all day when we put ice in the water bladders) so no one in our family of 4 got dehydrated. There was also plenty of room for snacks. We put cold items in the insulated compartment with the iced down water bladder (boiled eggs, cheese sticks, fruit, etc.), and the other front compartment was big enough to hold fruit leather, little bags of nuts, chips, etc. The way the straps fit, we had no problems with sore backs or shoulders because the weight was so evenly distributed. I also loved that each had 2 compartments on each of the waist straps. Between the 2 bags, everyone had a secure place to put their phone, money, credit cards and ticket cards. 10/10 would recommend!

Manufacturer does not respond.
I honestly really love this product, it's exactly what I wanted. But, the hydration bag leaks and sucks up air, and the shoulder strap tore where the hose gets fed through. I reached out to the manufacturer 3 times and no one got back to me...even says there is a warranty. I would have given this 5 stars if they just would have contacted me on it.

Love this back pack.
This pack is well made. Insulation inside is well done. Bladder is 2 L. and packaged well. Hose is also insulated. You can put a Samsung S8 into the waist pockets. Lots of areas to store gear. Note: To clean bladder, a good solution is polident denture tabs. They work really well. Store used bladder in tge freezer or fridge to stop growth of pathagens, just saying. Nice bag. Time to shred.

Good fit
You searched for an honest review and here it is! This daypack with its own water pouch and water sack is amazing! I filled it with water & no leaks! And it does it’s job. I am excited to take this bad boy on a hike tomorrow and hopefully I will continue to be happy with this purchase! Very impressed. Also not bad at all for the price. Highly recommend this product. However it is important to keep in mind that the little pouches on the side/ hip buckle are not supposed to go down far on your hip. It Is meant to rest on your ribs& just below! The way it should! Love this bag! For adults! It snugs the body nicely the way it should for the right support!

Great Entry Level Pack
I started hiking this summer and this has been the perfect entry level hydration pack for me. Compact enough to not wear me out on day trips. Easily holds enough water, lunch, snacks, first aid kid, tp, wipes, hand sanitizer, jack knife, a packable rain jacket, down vest, bear bell and bear spray. The waist pockets I use for epi pen and cell phone. The hydration pack itself is easy to use, holds plenty of water, simple enough to fill and wash. No issues with leaking. I'm very happy with this purchase. The shoulder straps are padded and comfortable. The waist strap helps support my low back. I would recommend to anyone looking for a basic day pack.

Wasn’t what I was expecting
This is not truly 15l, the stitching was fraying, and it was missing a hydration bladder. Returned it

Perfect!
I ordered 2 of these for the kids and I. They're perfect for day hikes or bike rides. There are numerous pockets and I love the ones on the side, for cell phone or anything you wish to quickly access. The numerous adjustable straps allow for a comfortable fit, whether worn by my 9 year old or myself (medium build). Just make sure you tighten up the connections on the bladder to ensure no leakage during use.
