Northlight8" Pre-Lit Silver Retro Starburst Christmas Tree Topper - Multicolor Lights

Looks super cute on my retro tree. It came well packed but a couple of the plastic things on the front weren't held down, but I took a lighter to them and stuck them back on. It was also a little too heavy to stay up on the tree properly so I had to twist some of the light wires around the treetop. It still sits at an angle and I was afraid it would fall off, but so far so good.

I could not get this to stay on the tree. I had to tie it to the top of the tree and it just looked funky. The light surrounding pieces fall out a lot like other reviews mentioned. I probably won’t put this on my tree again.

I’d give it zero stars but that’s not allowed. Don’t waste your money. Broke immediately, cheapest piece of crap I’ve ever seen.😡

I did have to return my 1st purchase of this due to a damaged electrical plug. It worked, but I didn’t feel safe to use. Attached photo of it. Made a 2nd purchase on this and it arrived perfect! I’m thrilled to have a topper like this since it’s very similar to what my mom had while I was growing up. It’s Beautiful as you can see in my attached photo.

Exactly what I wanted. I wish I had rearranged the lights before I put it on the tree.Some have complained of having to re-attach the starburst features. They are supposed to be removable, so if you glue them on you will regret it when you need to replace a bulb.

We ordered three of these lights on 11/5, and they arrived on 11/12 to get ready for our Xmas tree. Like most, we didin't put up our tree until Thanksgiving a few weeks later, and a couple of days after that we noticed that one of the lights had failed (as in the whole topper, not just one of the lights in it). We tried changing the fuses and lights, but had no luck, so we tried to return/exchange this broken light. The response from the seller is that you have only a 7-day window to report damage or defects or they won't help. That's right, you have only 7 days. So, if you want to risk purchasing one of these, make sure you plug it in right away becuase ours worked for a couple of days before failing. But to be safe, you should really avoid buying this product and avoid this seller.

Love this topper so much. The plastic bits surrounding the lights do fall off but all you have to do, is push them back together with a tiny bit of force. It doesn’t blink or have the option. It’s retro, it’s bigger than I thought. Just love it?
