I don't have measurements but I'm 5,2 and they go over my knees and part of my thighs and my thighs are pretty thick. They're really durable and machine washable

Probably not comfortably. They were pretty snug on me when I pulled them up to mid thigh. I wear a size 9 in pants and Do crossfit 5-6 days a week.

Q: Is it a one size fits all?

I would say sort of. They are stretchy and have a small rubber lining so they don't slide down. I wear a size 7/10 in women's. They fit good for me, I have relatively fit legs.
