Fisher Price Little People: Sing Along Favorites

Got this CD and 2 others for my granddaughter when she was little, now she is 11 and I thought they would be a sweet gift for my future sister-in-law's grandbaby who is not quite 3. When they got there Candy was SOOOO excited and thought I sent the best Christmas gift. I hope her little Halle loves them as much as my grand did. the CDs are excellent for memory skills, toddlers absolutely will love the songs. Glad FP is still offering them for sale.

My grandaughter just turned 1 yr. old and I purchased this CD a month ago. Her parents keep it in the car and it helps keep her entertained and they say she LOVES it! They brought her over last night and I put it in my CD player. She stopped her playing on the other side of the room and came and stood where it was playing. She was dancing and enjoyed me singing along with the songs. I was showing her some hand motions to "The wheels on the Bus" and "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and she stayed with me until it finished. My kids said the price was fantastic as they had checked on some of the CD's previously. This was a great purchase! The price was right and the CD was in excellent condition as described. I would recommend this one definitely.

This last September we were on Holiday, doing some driving around Canada. Our baby was just turning one year old and had not done a lot of traveling. We wanted to get some music to help entertain her as we traveled. We went to Wallmart and picked up a variety of children's CD's. Of all of the ones that we purchased I have say that this one was the best! Many of the other CD's simply used a synthesizer for the music, to back up kids with questionable talent. With this CD, Fisher-Price obviously spent some money for real instruments, and professional direction, of a group of kids that could really sing! There is emotion, humor and infectious enthusiasm. Our baby learned to clap her hands the first day out with this CD. Whenever she would start to fuss on our trip, we would plug in this CD and she would just start to smile and clap her hands! I have probably heard it over 100 time now and still enjoy it my self. I can't say that for any of the other CD's that we purchased for that trip. Some only got played half way through before we had to eject them! I usually don't take the time to review items but felt that I must put in a good word on this one. I am here now because I am getting one for my granddaughter, who is just two months older then my baby.... I know, I know.... But sometimes, starting over can be fun, and this CD has added to the pleasure!

This sing along CD was intolerable! The singers were singing sing along songs, but not in a manner in which you could sing along with them. A lot of embellishment, and the volume levels were inconsistent.

We love the quality of the music and variety of all the children's songs on this CD. We listen to it everywhere we go in the car. She now knows all the songs !

Had this CD when my kids were little. 15 years ago. Bought again for a new addition to our family. Hope the parents learn to (quickly) memorize and love the songs about to resonate in their brains FOREVER.

This is the best children’s CD I have ever owned! It’s my second one as the first one was so used it started to skip!
