Men’s Convertible Pant

I first bought these at Costco for a great price for a summer job as a kayak/fishing/grizzly bear-viewing at an upscale, remote, luxury travel lodge in remote Alaska. For the Costco price ($15) I would be fine if they lasted a month.They were soooo comfortable and moved with me easily. I'm 5'7" and 190lbs, a stout mini-tank of a guy.I wore them every single day! And they lasted the WHOLE summer! No rips, tears or zipper failure. Costco doesn't carry them any more and BC Clothing doesn't have them on their website. I ordered here on Amazon and they arrived just as expected.As long as I can continue to find these pants available, anywhere, I doubt I'll ever wear jeans again.I ordered 1 pair from this seller and a different color from another seller, and wore them for a month in the San Juan mountains of Colorado at 10,000 feet in November (with thick thermals underneath) riding horses and hiking as part of that job.For me, not much of a consumer and not really brand loyal...well, that has changed with these convertible pants.

I'm 5'8" with a 32" waste. These pants fit well. I like the zippers at the knees, allowing you to remove the bottom part of the pants to convert them into shorts as needed. The contruction feels like it's good quality. I'm going to buy another pair!

These are incredibly versatile. They are slacks or shorts. The legs fold easily into the pockets if the day warms up and you want to wear shorts. Also, there are multiple pockets including front pockets with zippers or Velcro where I feel secure keeping my wallet. They are very thin and lightweight, which I consider to be an advantage, but if you are going someplace very cold you might want to wear a second layer. They are not "dress up" slacks but are suitable for nearly all normal events.

Dis like the bagginess around the calf’s but still a great pair of pants

Already own several pairs of these great pants, Was looking for more in my very hard to find size, delighted to have found them. Comfortable, versatile and practical!

Heavy duty made with many useful side pockets and zippers. The detachable pants can become shorts easily with good quality zippers. Money worth it!

Well I’ve bought several of these on amazon, and they fit great, unfortunately these new ones are a little more snug compared to the last ones same size.

They are nice and fit well. When I wear them out I get another pair because they're so cheap.
