Just what you need for Mr. Cool installs
I purchased this to cover the line set on a self installed heat pump. There are no instructions so I suggest looking for a video. I was able to get the line set into the cover fairly easily. The only tricky part is that with a DIY Mr. Cool you do have the bulky section at the connect portion. it DOES fit so if you have a Mr. Cool know that this cover will work but you may need to compress the insulation a bit using the provided white "tape" at that connection point. You will also need to cut the tabs out of the flexible elbow so the tubing can rest easily, since you can't bend that into a perfect 90 degree angle. I did this with a chop saw easily. Also the long portions cut easily the same way.I like many others could have used at least one more long section. I can't seem to find where I can buy just one more section. So I used the flexible piece to cover as much line set as I could. I ran that over a table saw blade to put a slit in the side of it and placed it over the line set. I did not screw this portion to the house and it rests between the two connectors that are attached. it worked just fine. I would have preferred not to have to use it at all, but it did work out to be a satisfactory install. Since this is on a rarely seen side of my home, I was not as concerned as I may have been otherwise.I also ran the condensate drain line all the way back to the condenser. I slightly slopped the line set cover so the tube will drain. Similar to how a rain gutter would be installed, with a gentle slope. I may remove the cover and make sure water is non accumulating in the tube. If it is, I may cut a hole in the elbow and drop it strait down from there. In all this was a very satisfactory purchase!

Nice set, but too small for an 18kBTU unit!
I used this on my Pioneer 18kbtu mini split, and this is too tight for me to recommend for it. I had to use multiple clamps to get it to snap together - so I would recommend not using this for 18kbtu units. Overall, the quality is nice, though, and I was able to make it work.

one of the cheaper options for this kits
I have purchased a total of 4 of these kits and both times it was one of the cheapest options. So far they seem to hold up well and I didn't see any real difference between parts that are included. One key thing is the top cover that goes over the hole has to be installed before connecting the pipes. If you did not you can always cut the thin part of the ring and just make sure screws at the top are secure. Also the flexible piece is solid so it also would need to be installed before connecting the lines. These sets aren't expensive especially considering what they can offer as far as better appearance and protection of the lines.

Not for existing unit.
Kits wants screws to be in the center of the cover. Hard to do with an existing line set.

It works and its easy!
Bought this based on other reviews to cover the installation of a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump for a bedroom. The delivery was prompt and there were plenty of parts to install a long down drop of the electrical, mechanical and water drain lines (using PVC) parts. Two halves have interlocking grooves. Install the back side to the wall and lay in the lines, then snap on the cover and screw on the connectors at the joints. Literally these things snap together and they hold well. When cutting to length , I used tin snips, but any its a relatively soft plastic and cut easily. I ordered the unit on line and hired a contractor to put the unit in, but I did the line cover kit myself as he ran the lines. The end result is very professional and clean looking. There were extra parts for a couple of 90 degree turns and additional runs an connectors. The contractor was so impressed with this product he said he'll use them for his next install. Its a great product for the money that will protect the installation from the sun and weather and make it look better too. I highly recommend this product. This is not a paid or other wise solicited review.
