I needed a product that would help relieve the “backed-up” bloated feeling I was experiencing partly due to a job change and a shift in diet. We had taken a 3 month 7 day a week run from outside Utica NY into Boston MA and back. Total miles each day was around 550 round trip with a 1 hour layover in Boston. Lot of sitting and a lot of drive thru food. Not good. Instant Cleanse came recommended and did the job.But first, hats off to Natural Health Market for extra fast shipping. We paid $5.49 for shipping but it arrived fast and intact. Little nervous when this was not Amazon fulfilled; but absolutely no worries. When you are not feeling real well that fast ship was VERY much appreciated.The bottle arrived in a bubble pack safe and sound and sealed for our safety. Comes as a clear capsule with the product visible inside. Most of the ingredients are herbal powders w/psyllium husk; all of which are usually considered appropriate for the task at hand. The bottle contains the usual cautions and disclaimers you see on everything these days, but you should take the time to read them before beginning usage. I had no issues at all.I was in a much better place in about 1.5 days and to tell the truth I was very pleased the MA turnpike has a number of “rest” areas w/bathrooms. Do not stray far from the appropriate facilities!PROS: Relatively inexpensive, effective for me, fast delivery, easy to swallow capsules, clear directions.CONS: None, worked as advertised.Note I also have changed eating habits while on the road and that has also helped big time, and I am totally comfortable recommending this product.

I see I'm not the only one who feels this is a sensitive subject. Luckily I don't have bathroom "issues." This was more about colon health for me. A friend had mentioned how much better they felt after cleansing their colon and using this product. So, I thought what the heck. I am glad to report that not only did this product arrive at my door quickly and intact, it performed gently and efficiently. My colon is most likely smiling as I write this.

Five days later and not a huge difference from normal. Feel a bit lighter today which is why I gave 3 stars and not 1 😱😂

Believe the hype. I tend to be somewhat sceptical when a product make big claims as I have been victim to more than my share of exaggerations. I wanted to use the product for a week to make sure that I could stand behind my review. Instant Cleanse is a mixture of herbal powders, psyllium husk, and words you can pronounce, and the dosing is one to two capsules with 8 ounces of water before bed. I have tried many of the herbs in other products with "inconvenient" responses. The Instant Cleanse is gentle, not a cramp or gurgle, a pleasant solution to an unpleasant situation. The product arrived quicker than anticipated in sensible packaging. Upon receipt I had to open immediately because it was delivered earlier than I had been promised, always a pleasant surprise! After a week, mission accomplished. The bottle has 90 capsules, so they remaining capsules will be stored in my pantry to rescue me in my time of need. (BTW, there will be plenty of room in the pantry once I clear the shelf of all the other "things" I've tried)

I have tried this product and it has not done anything for me at all. Matter of a fact I went to my local health food store and had to purchase something that would actually work. The descent thing for you to do is to credit my account and send me a return label and I will ship the unused bottle back to you. I'm very very disappointed. And what makes it worse is the reason I bought this was because of the reviews I had read. Sorry to say but it did not work for me at all. Sad and disappointed

I ordered these for my dad since he didn't have an Amazon account and was in need of a solution to his constipation/colon issues. After searching for a while through Amazon and Google and any other site that gave advice, we found these. We were a little skeptical because let's be honest, there a million different kinds of colon pills that all claim to do the same thing--and they don't. BUT he really wanted something now, so we decided on giving these a try. First off, they came SUPER fast. Ordered them, and here they were two days later. Great start. Read the directions and it said that you take 1-2 before bed with a glass of water. Ok, done. So the morning comes, and....success! They actually worked. Amazing little things. All natural ingredients as well, which is always a plus. They weren't the largest pills I've seen, but they weren't the smallest either. Still doable. Overall, would recommend to anyone that may be having any sort of of colon issues. These will clear you right up!

What I like about this Cleanse product is that it isn't harsh or aggressive to your stomach and bowels. I suffer from Gas and bloating and after your 2nd day you can feel those symptoms gradually less as you start the 15 day Cleanse process as directed. I also noticed how much better my energy was as I awake in the morning. I'm looking forward to the lasting benefits as I use this product to retain as since of well being and clean system. Awesome product...
