Size 4XL, (for a prop forward), fits perfectly, sleeve length is spot on and the body length goes well past the waist, plenty of room across the shoulders and the depth between chest and upper back is generous so movement of the limbs and upper body is free. It’s warm, shower proof the cuffs and waist ties mean heat is kept in.

Matched team colours usually buy a competitors training top but this fits much better, quality thicker and has handy toggles on bottom edge to make it fit tighter.My son is a skinny 6ft and bought large and fits his arms well slightly baggy but length is good.

This is a very, very small size top with a very small and not very stretchy neck. I want to return it but haven't had time to sort it out and the 'return window' ended yesterday. I bought the top for my 10 year old and, based on other reviews, thought it would fit. If it weren't for the extremely tight neck it would be fine but he can barely get it on and then if you do manage to force it on, which I managed to do to him with lots of tears, the neck is too gappy for a rugby, rain proof top. It needs to be tight but stretchy which this top just doesn't manage. I would avoid for any child over the age of 8 unless they have a very small head but then the neck would be too wide, and if they are age 8 or under they need a large body as it's arms etc are long enough for a 10 year old. Just weird sizing really.

Good quality, generous size. Bought for my 14 year old son and got well over other training gear to kept him warm and dry.
