SoundTech GN-USB-2 Professional Gooseneck Microphone

This is an excellent desktop microphone. I was very impressed with the build quality and sturdiness of the product, it's all metal! I purchased this because it was such a hassle to constantly put on the headset when using with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Now all I do is reach down and press the button.

Very frustrating problems while trying to use this with Windows 7 OS. This microphone's driver disappears each time you turn off your computer. This issue was also noted by someone else in the questions area. Unfortunately I saw that too late.It seems there is no fix other than reinstalling the microphone driver each time you turn off your computer. The driver reinstall isn't a smooth process either. Requires a reboot.Emailing the seller resulted in no response.

I purchased this microphone to use with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Over the years I've used many desktop microphones. Without a doubt, this one is the best. I'm getting 100% accuracy. It is doing a great job blocking out background noise.

I needed another option besides an ear piece style mic. Luckily this fit the bill and made only a small footprint on my desk. It works flawlessly.

Great microphone. Our users love them, and the recording quality is top-notch.

I finally had to toss this Mike and replace it with a Buddy DesktopMic 7G.

This works perfectly with Dragon Dictate 15 Pro. Catches everything I say, I've had it now for 6 months and it's still going strong. I highly recommend it, I'll probably buy a second.
