Very comfortable. The fabric is 82% cotton, 16% poly, and 2% elastane which gives them a nice little bit of stretch. Quality construction and made in India.I like the high rise which camouflages my belly somewhat and does so very comfortably.There is a ticket pocket with two front pockets and yes, they are real pockets, unlike some pants where you can't even slip in a credit card. Also two pockets in the back.The hem is serged, then folded and the inner and outer seams are sewn over the fold. Basically, you will have a folded hem unless you tailor it otherwise. I like the folded hem on these and the width is just right.The size 6 is a relaxed fit on me and I'm 130ish lbs. I'm also 5'2" and the hem falls a few inches above my knee.They did not shrink much, if at all, after washing them in warm water and putting them in the dryer.Hope this was helpful.

I really like theses shorts and I don't normally wear shorts. They are a nice length and they have a nice rise. I normally hate the way I look in shorts but I love how I look in these.

Have I ever said "I freaking love these shorts" out loud to a mirror? This was the first time. I don't get too excited about denim shorts. I'm self-conscious about my bikini line but don't want to wear bermuda shorts. I want some sort of hybrid between mom-jeans and low-cut jeans, and I don't want the dreaded Back Gap. I don't have a great rear end, and my thighs are muscular. I mean fat. THESE ARE AWESOME and stylish, and comfortable, and I want All The Shorts. They are shaping with just the right amount of stretch (I would say if you are between sizes, go down - they should feel a little too tight when you put them on, but I promise, they will soften after wear.) The leg style is such that you could go casual with Birks, or wear heels with a cute top. I am 5'5", 123 pounds, and got size 4.

Finally some shorts that fit me, are comfortable to wear and look great! I am tall and have wide hips and thighs and smaller waist and most shorts do not fit me. But these do and that makes me very happy! Great length too, just right! Good design, quality and price! TY Amazon!

I tired on so many pairs of shorts at the mall and then decided to take a chance on amazon jean shorts, well it was the best decision. They fit amazing. True to size. Soft jean material. I just ordered another pair!

I really couldn't be happier with these shorts! I like shorts to come to just above the knee, but the ones that length often have a weird "old" looking fit. These are the perfect length while still looking stylish. The fit is perfect, so much so that my husband even commented on how well they fit, and he never notices what I wear! Initially I thought the waist seemed too tight, but they are actually really comfortable and the snug waist prevents any gapping in the back, which is sometimes an issue. If I hadn't already purchased these in every color available I would order some more, especially at such a reasonable price!

These shorts are incredibly flattering and comfortable! I wanted shorts that were a little longer than most, but not “frumpy” or odd. These are perfect! They are slightly stretchy, and don’t stretch out and get too loose after wearing, but hold their shape/size. I feel confident and put together in these. Do yourself a favor and buy them!! 🤗

I haven't had Bermuda shorts since I was young and the Amazon Essentials Women's 10" Denim Bermuda Shorts are very comfortable with a nostalgic look I love.I live in a hot climate where jeans aren't always the most comfortable option. I am a bit too old for Daisy Duke cutoffs and too young at heart for mom jean shorts. These fill the niche I was looking for.They give my legs the coverage I desire, are stylish, and fit true to size. I am wearing a size 2, and the higher waist does not pinch or cinch. The legs feel somewhat roomy. I have skinny legs and I would have preferred a tighter fit like my skinny jeans, but I still love them and I find myself wanting to wear all the time. The quality is excellent they are the perfect addition to my summer wardrobe.

I read in the Q&A section, someone said that they weren't true to size... Well they are though. I'm a size 14 and because of someone's reviews, got a size 16 to be safe. They absolutely bury me. So if you're saying they don't fit then it's probs time to accept that it's not Amazon's fault, it's you who's not being true to your size.Other than them being too big for me now. If I were to have not listened to reviews and ordered a size 14 they would have been true to size. Surprisingly good quality for the price, flexible stretch fit. Nice colour. Impeccable service. Can't fault.

Went for the size up due to other reviews, but had to send them back as they were way too big!Got the next size down but think I could have got the size smaller again tbh. I'd say they do run slightly big. I got two pairs, I might send the others back again and get the size smaller again. If you're true to yourself about your size then they won't be too small.They are quite a thick material, not the thickest, but they seem very good quality and the length is nice, as the material has some stretch in, you can roll them up more easily if you want.

These might be the perfect pair of shorts - what's arrived look very nice, well made. Unfortunately I have ordered 3 times now and each time I have ordered size 16 and size 12 has arrived. The first time I returned and reordered - size 12 arrived again. Went through customer service for return etc - they reordered, once again, size 12 arrived instead of the size 16 ordered.So that's the 3rd pair onits way back for the same reason. Much as I want these shorts, and they quickly sold out last year, it seems pointless ordering a size 16 again

Reasonable quality but the fit at the end of the leg is rather too snug fitting, like a pair of skinny fit jeans cropped rather than shorts.

They looked nice .but got sent the wrong size twice .not happy at having to return .once is a mistake .twice is a choice
