I just guess I don't know how to use this stuff... even after multiple tries-- for a hiker or long haul walker I think you need to figure it out. I've found that the Band Aid ampules are pretty amazing. Like.., really amazing- I've had the infrequent, but horrid blisters that pop up unexpected during travel or the DISNEY trip. Brought both along "just in case"- if you're an everyday folk looking to stock your bag for the "just in case" items of vacation. Try the ampules. If you have a more specialized need (hiking/running) this might be just right.

Didn't stay on had to re-apply after a while I just gave up so I still ended up with cuts on back of my foot

Adhesive does not hold up on feet.

I have been using Dr.Scholl's moleskin for years. I like the large pads best because I cut the shape of the pad to match the area I need to protect. The roll lasts a long time, the adhesive continues to be good and strong. I have found no down sides for having a large sheet which is more cost effective than smaller packages.Ali Julia review
