Great for the Fenix 3. It was a little stiff when I first got it (just like any other nylon strap), but it softened up over a few days. The opening for the pins was a little tight, but if you push the screwdriver through them beforehand to stretch the opening it makes it much easier to push the pins through.

Perfect fit. Comfortable and very durable.

Real quality. I will probably purchase these for all my watches.
