This is a heck of a job and takes some time BUT it sure beats paying a shop to do it.Now, as far as quality and value go there can be some improvement...As far as the core goes it's not a bad dealBUT the foam wrap isn't quite enough to wrap the core like factory, overall I recommend this product BUT as I said there could be a few improvement.

OK, the rad unit is great. It is well worth the money. I give it a 5 star.What I would like to give a one star is the effort it takes to put this rad in. I own a 2003 Chevy Silverado and when you see where the brilliant minds at GM decided on heater core placement, well like I said earlier, PACK YOUR LUNCH. It's going to be a long day. If you have not done this before, you might want to get some help.Oh, and by the way, your going to need a special hose removal tool to get the water lines disconnected from the old unit. I bought a Lisle 37000 AC/Fuel line disconnect kit and that worked perfect. The kit comes with 6 different sizes in it. The next to largest size worked on the Chevy. You will also have to have your AC unit drained of all coolant so you can break the lines when installing the Core.

Replaced my factory one. The lines are adjustable.
