Was delivered earlier than expected. The closure is a bit hard to close. The jar is a nice size.

Not easy to close but once you get the hang of not that difficult

I held off on these for some time but finally ordered them and I’m glad I did. Nice heavy quality and a good size with gripping lids has made them fill a need the kitchen.

I use this product to mix honey, ginger and lemon. I filled it 75%. The metal handle is easy to use and it seals the jar very well. You need to push the lid with one hand and push down the metal handle with the other hand. Have not cleaned it yet. The glass is light but that is fine for what I am using.

This is a great jar if you don't need a very good seal. The mechanism works and is sturdy, but after testing with hygrometers and barometers, the seal definitely leaks.

This product was ok but not as good as other models I have purchased. The lock did not seem sturdy.

It's hard to open because it's so air tight. But that's the purpose of it. The size is perfect. You can't go wrong.

After I grind the beans, I keep the ground coffee in here to stay fresh until I use it.

These jars are not airtight. I bought them for storing pipe tobacco, and I can definitely smell the tobacco with the lid sealed. Good thing I noticed, or my expensive 'baccy would eventually become dried out and ruined. A product with "airtight" right in the name really ought to be airtight. I read the reviews, and they seemed really hit and miss - some folks loved them, others thought that they were terrible. I decided to roll the dice. Don't be like me. Take a pass on these jars.

Why is it so hard to find a tall, narrow food storage jar for tall pasta??? I really thought I had carefully measured this one, but did not allow enough, apparently for the thickness of the glass.It was a lovely container, just unsuitable for my use.

Good jars with locking seal, however the seals themselves are an orange colour. Not sure if they are supposed to be that colour but they do seal OK
