Well made product. Everything fit together exactly as it should. Assembly went well and the instructions are well written in clear steps. Packed well with clear evidence of quality control of every part. It is a beautiful addition to a small bath. I would not think twice on buying it again. Not cheap, but worth every penny, certainly a great upgrade from the builders grade crap sold in the big box stores.

How do I contact amazon about my order? The track came scratched (#SC923 is the part number) on the new shower door frames? The box is already opened and the side jambs are already installed. I am still giving a 4 rating as the shower doors are really nice. It is the top track (header track)

Used in a tight shower space and it was perfect and makes the space look larger and also works amazingly.

The glass in one of the corners is chipped. Not sure if it happened upon delivery or if it was boxed that way. I only noticed because the way the light hits it.Update: Reached out to Basco and they were amazing. Very helpful and quick to respond.

Muy mal producto. Se quebró solo. Así quedó el cristal completamente en pedazos, con riesgo de heridas. Pido mi reembolso, no puedo regresar los restos porque partes quedaron en la pared. Pero el cristal solo tronó y quedó en pedazo. Ni se alcanzó a instalar.

Its missing the anti jump rail..I found a part at the hardware store..

easy to mount .but glass broke down in million piecesi just got it for 2 weeksfall off for no apparent reason.

This was the worst purchase it came broken in pieces
