Ok I see some people wrote "Oh this is not as good as the sauce that I was eating in Thailand"..seriously?, )) I mean yeah I would assumed that it's not going to be as good)) but, guys It's better than any take out food at least in my area in New York!! Unfortunately I can't cook any Thai food ever, because it's just won't taste Thai ))) doesn't metter how much I try! Until i discovered this sauce, I love it, because it helps me to make nice yummy dinner in 20 min. It taste great, tho there's about 2 portions per pack not 4 as it says, but it doesn't matter to me, it taste good, it's easy to cook and it's organic. It's so much better, healthier and cheaper than any take out food, and it takes so fast to make a dinner with it. I just love it))))

Follow the instructions and you will have a great, tasty, quick meal. I like a bit more bold flavor so I add some garlic, ginger, and sichuan chili flakes to the sauce before adding the coconut milk. Great served with rice and noodles!Also, if you are using the paste, you can add the paste, half can coconut milk, bit of salt, and veggies to a ziplock - let all that marinate in the fridge overnight (I add a bit of ginger and garlic too). I roast the veggies in the oven and they make an excellent meal; can be served over rice. I am vegetarian, but I am sure you can do the same with meat and cook on a grill.

I LOVE Mike's Curry Love Pastes. I've made THE MOST DELICIOUS Indian Food, using organic ingredients, that tastes better than ANY Indian recipe I've made from scratch, including elaborate ones that call for pre-making ginger/garlic pastes, chicken, & base gravy. It makes excellent Indian & Thai Food. Lately I've been combining the Green & Yellow Curry Pastes or Green & Sri Lankan & adding additional spices to make the BEST "biryani" I've ever eaten. Recently I ordered the 6 packet box, but was delivered the wrong flavor by Amazon. When I tried to get a refund on the order page & Amazon showed there were no returns, I sent an email to the storefront in the middle of the night. A couple hrs later (on THE WEEKEND), Mike himself responded & made it right. Chef Mike, who makes such delicious repast, also is a great guy w/excellent customer service. This is a company worth supporting in every way! PLEASE NOTE: This is a curry paste & will make A LOT of curry sauce. It's concentrated, so ~$5 per boxed packet is a great deal. Heat some oil & then add the paste, cook it a couple min & then add. It's delicious & amazing & saves hrs of prep & cook time. I do not work for Mike. I've been buying it at the market.

This curry paste is very tasty but way to expensive. I paid nearly $5 for it because we were really craving green curry. Normally I get about five times this amount for $5.

good flavor - iwould buy more but too expensive

Product images all show package that says “spicy hot”, product I received says “medium spicy”. There was no option to choose spice level when ordering, which indicates I would receive the product in the pictures. Since these are not sold individually I now have a box of six packages of curry I will have to add heat to. Kind of disappointed. I will update with a flavor review after I try it.Update: flavor is just ok. It has a slightly sour flavor, which my wife doesn’t really like, so I had to add other curry flavors. This works better as an addition to actual curry, but I would not recommend. Get a box of the Vermont curry, and add your own heat.

Just the right kick! Flavorful but not overpowering! Mike's Organic Curry Love makes it easy for you to prep a delicious meal with little effort. Simply cook up some rice, sauté some veggies + protein of choice (We sauteed Chinese broccoli, sugar snap peas, mushroom, onion, and tofu), and milk the paste with coconut milk/cream (Our preference is cream) and you'll have your self a tasty, nutritious, and filling meal! I highlight recommend Mike's Organic Curry Love Yellow Thai flavor to anyone who enjoys yellow curry and is looking for the experience to make curry it home with little fuss. I've made curry from scratch before but Mike's curry paste tasted better and was half the amount of work. Looking forward to enjoying more of Mike's yellow Thai curry paste in the future!

Threw out 12 packages of Mike's Organic Curry. Made the Red Curry and was not bale to eat it. All chili pepper and no flavor. First time this has happened but with Thai Kitchen curry you can least see the product before buying.
