UPDATE:I am literally SO upset. All you people complaining about how these shoes are too narrow have messed it up for the rest of us! (P.S. my feet would never be categorized as narrow)I thought I found my perfect sandal. I thought I would wear these to my grave. Unfortunately I will have to look further, as the changes these shoes have undergone within a matter of 2 years has ruined them (in my eyes). The mold of the shoe has changed drastically. Now, instead of the W8/M7 that I originally bought in 2017, it is a W8/M6.5. The overall shoe is slightly smaller and with a different shape (pay close attention to the curve of the front of the shoe near the toe). I have both times bought the same size and color so you can see the differences in my images. Although I will say I think the color used to be comparable (before I ran the original shoes into the ground lol). The problem with the shape also lies in the straps! I measured and the straps are now set about 1/8th of an inch further apart. This might not bother most, but it does not fit my foot as well and is a huge issue for me. The straps also must be larger in girth because I can shove my whole foot straight through (as you can see in my images). I pushed my foot forward as far as possible in both shoes and the newer ones are FAR too big. That scares me and makes me wonder about stability. I imagine it will be very difficult to walk and not slip around within these shoes (a feature that once helped me whilst spelunking — see original review). It is no longer as “tight and fitted” as they once were... Another issue is that these are not nearly as flexible as I claimed the first pair to be 😭- one of my main reasons for liking these so much. I guess for the price I can’t complain and there may be some redeeming qualities that I have yet to find. I won’t change my original 5-Star review yet (due to lack of testing) but I will be back to comment on field performance.ORIGNAL:I have a different pair of jandals that are not as flexible as these are, so I prefer these ones. I recently came back from a trip to the Philippines. I brought 1 pair of sneakers (that I never wore) and 2 pairs of sandals, including these. I ONLY wore these sandals! They were perfect for anything I needed. I thought I would need sneakers for certain things, but honestly, when it’s that humid you don’t want to be putting socks and shoes on. These were great because no matter if it was sand or mud, it just rinsed right off. Plus, they are so flexible, they form to your feet. So I got all the support I needed. And I walked A LOT. Needless to say, these held up and I didn’t get blisters or anything!! ...just a silly sandal tan from wearing them the whole time. But seriously, I took them spelunking and was climbing over slippery, wet rocks about 1 mi. back into the cave (this was no regular guided tour with steps and railings). But my tour guide had like straight-up old navy flip fops on while taking us back there! I was thinking, “how the heck?” haha. That’s how the culture and economy is out there though. Anyway, the soles are nice and soft. Like there is air in them but beware, if you get water inside the shoe, they will squeak and sound like a mewing cat. Hilarious and slightly annoying, but not a big deal. Overall, I love the look and functionality of these things. They are great!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing these shoes after seeing the negative reviews. But, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! They came in two days (prime), fit very well, and are EXACTLY like the photo. They're pretty comfortable and seem to be very well made. Would definitely recommend and I may get another pair in different color as well.

I have bought some of these shoes before, years ago in a Galveston shop. And I have worn them a lot. They are some kind of rubber or plastic, so they can get wet. They are comfortable and durable. The size runs normal. I wear 9 in shoes and in these too.I'm getting more so I will have them in case my old ones wear out. And I discovered more colors.The prices are low enough to get several colors.

These were purchased to be used as a costme accessory for drama ministry. They add a definite authentic look to any bible story skit character. And it beats going barefoot. But surprisingly they are super comfortable and adorable. I find myself wearing them all the time. I can wear them with or without socks (hey - my feet get cold and I'm just going to the mail box - so don't judge me) and do not fall off my feet. My ONLY complaint is that as the weather here warms up, I can tell my feet start to heat up as well. It gets into triple digits here in the summer, so I can't imagine I'll want to wear them if they cause my feet to sweat. That was the only reason I took away one star. As for the quality of the product it's great. Light weight, comfortable, and sturdy. They fit as expected. They arrived when expected. They look great.

True to size, unlike many write. Maybe they changed the sandal? (Not docking stars for size discrepancies). These sandals are hard as a rock, totally inflexible, and uncomfortable. Not sure if all the positive reviews are coming from people who bought an older model, or they've never worn the Pali brand jandals. I bought these J-slips thinking they would be similar in quality and comfort and boy was I wrong. You get what you pay for folks. I regret not paying a few bucks more for the Pali, which are gummy soft and very comfy. To reiterate, these feel only marginally better than buying a plank of wood and binding them to your foot.

If these fit properly, they'd be a great deal. The material they're made from is high quality but the way they're made make them difficult to wear. You MAY wear a 9 but the 9's are a half size too big in length and the band, strap or whatever that goes over your foot is far to roomy. My feet were falling out of these almost like they were a whole size too big.... I took one step and one flung across the room they fit so large. So be careful in ordering. I'm going to try to find the original vendor I bought mine from last Summer and go with those....something off about these in sizing.

I was so excited I was able to find these shoes! When we went to Hawaii last year my husband got a pair, but we couldn't find any small enough to fit my feet. I was constantly wearing his because we leave them by the door and they are so easy to slip on and off. The ones I ordered from Amazon are identical to his we purchased and for maybe $1 more than we paid on the island. For reference I wear a size 7.5 in women's shoes and ordered these in US Women's 8 and they fit perfectly!
