Bread glorious bread! I never thought I'd be able to eat bread again, until I found this brand. Oh my goodness - delicious, the right texture, just beautiful. I will never run out of these now.

Not nice
Good to have Gf products but the taste and consistency of bread didn't work for me.

Makes a lovely loaf
This is the nicest tasting gluten free bread kit so far. I have found that sometimes there's is a large air pocket below the crust after cooking.

Very very expensive bag of flour.
This was a bit of a surprise just a fancy box with a polythene bag inside with 300g of flour this in my opinion is robbery you have to supply the olive oil yeast and the rest of the ingredients yourself so it definitely is not a kit so to sum this up a 300g bag of flour for £5.

Disappointed
I got excited over this as I needed gluten free bread desperately at the time. It didn't rise at all like it promises. Tried it twice both times it didn't. Disappointed is an understatement.

Ish...
So, it did not grow as expected, and I followed the instructions on point. And a little bit expensive considering you still have loads to add to make the bread

Where am I going wrong?
I have to have gluten free products and thought I would like this bread mix. I have now baked my second loaf. Both have not risen properly and are inedible. They end up with a big hollow down the middle.
