Q: is it made in the USA?

Yes the actual Vollrath Z4010 is made in the US, although this listing on Amazon has been broken lately and has been delivering Browne Thermalloy pans instead. Not sure where the mix-up happened, or when it will be resolved.

Q: I am trying to replace my Lincolnwear s4014 - which we've loved - and are looking for the right replacement. Is this it?

I don't have any of the Lincolnwear products so I can't answer that...yet this pan replaced two non-stick Calphalon pans that lost their "non-stick" coating pretty quickly. This pan is pretty good so far, nothing sticks, and clean up is a breeze.

Q: What is the difference the Z4010 and the EZ4010 Fry Pan?

The EZ4010 doesn't have rivets on the inside of the pan so that it's easier to clean.The Z4010 has the rivets.
