They arrived quickly and were the right product. The goal is for it to improve longevity and reduce inflammation. I've read some studies from credible sources that say the ingredients in this supplement have been shown to be effective, but there's no way to tell at this point. I'm 55 and have been using it for a few months and have not seen any bad effects!

If you don't know you can't ask most anybody, you need to read and do your own research. FDA didn't consider anti-aging drugs and apparently there are no exclusive rights so no one pays the $billion(s) for clinical trials so since the prescription drug could take out my liver I tried this and it worked for me.

The ingredients in this formula may remove what are called "zombie cells" in the body. These cells contribute to aging. There is research underway in humans to see if fisetin, in particular, works for this, since it has worked well in animals.I have taken fisetin for a year, and quercetin for almost ten. I am not sure if they have worked, but I am 42 and work out almost daily, and often get told I look like I'm in my early 30s. Of course, I do way more than just take quercetin and fisetin, but it's possible they are contributing.The quercetin in this formula is paired with sunflower lecithin, which will help the absorption of quercetin. Bromelain will also improve the absorption of quercetin and the other ingredients.The addition of green tea should also help remove zombie cells. NMN is also included in a very small amount. It may be an anti-aging chemical on its own, but 10 mg isn't going to do much.This seems like a good formula. I personally take more fisetin than this, and I would need a lot of pills to get the fisetin I take (500 mg a day for 5 days, once a month). So personally I would prefer more fisetin relative to quercetin. Nonetheless, it's a good formula.
