Excellent massage and solid design.
My wife now uses the foot massager every evening and loves it!Three speeds and a heat setting mean that is caters for most needs. The top setting (3) is pretty vigorous but just put it on warm and setting 1 for a nice relaxing foot massage.Well designed and solidly built as with all HoMedics stuff.

Refused to refund despite failing to work after 30 day return. Please buy the extra insurance.
These machines break down unfortunately just after the 30 day return mark so you’re stuffed. Despite buying a different model from them they would refund me. Poor customer service.

Only massages half your foot!
Don’t buy this! Waste of money.......You can only fit in max 3/4 of your foot inside so the massage effect is only felt there, very disappointing. The top area is very narrow to allow the foot to go in comfortably.Returned product.
