This is perfect as a light weight high vis. Phone fits in either the front pocket or larger pocket at the back. Fully adjustable size so doesn’t jiggle around.

Its about as breathable as anything else that claims to be breathable. I did a half marathon, i didnt put anything in the back compartment and the vest was soaking wet by the end.The front pockets are not great for a phone or gels, the gels would slowly slide up out of the pocket and the phone would jump up during the run.that being said, i wasnt racing and so having to do a quick pat check that everything was in place was not that much if an inconvenience.Ive never had a vest like this before so i dont know how it compares to similiar products. I wanted something lighter than a running backpack and thats exactly what this is.For that reason i gave it 3 stars.If youre jogging or running 10min/mile or slower then the vest will save on having to where a waist pack or carry water etc.Would be fine walking.But if youre training hard or racing fast then this is not suitable.

perfect for running, was pleasantly surprised at the quality, highly recommend getting one for carrying phone, extra clothes, water and fuel.

I have used this once on a long run so far. I am very pleased with it as it doesn't slip around and it is made of sturdy material. The straps are good. I can get all my gear in and the weight is well-distributed being quite high up between the shoulder blades. One of the toggles was loose on one side so I had to sew it in before using it.

Got tired of carrying a small bottle on long runs so bought this hydration pack. It’s great! Does everything I need it to. Carries two bottles (I purchased two from the same brand w straws), gels, Phone and has space for tissues etc.The pack doesn’t move when I run or even jump up and down. Quality isn’t amazing but for the price it’s a great budget hydration pack.Would recommend

Comfy and practical.Essential for long runs.

I got 2 of these (one for a friend) but after using mine on only a handful of occasions the zip has gone. I don't overload or shove too much in as I use it for longer runs so it's a little disappointing.

I love this vest great compartments for phone water and gels - also back compartment for waterproofs - it’s lightweight and so comfy, I machine wash mine too. This is my 2nd one !
