I do long days at my desk and was starting to get pains in my elbows, so I chose this mat for comfort rather than gaming.It arrived on time in a box and was well packaged. I immediately had an issue because the mat was folded, and after weighing it down with very heavy books, I was unable to flatten it to use. I tried ironing it – which helped – but it wouldn't get rid of the wave. I decided to heat it again with the iron and weighed it down for several days.I contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful and apologetic. They were in contact several times with advice and even posted the smaller version out to me free of charge to use while the one I bought flattened out.It is now flat and in use. I's comfortable, thick and very good quality. The foam in the padding is just right and is bouncing back well so far. The grip is also very good on top of my smooth desk. Ideally it would be a little deeper, but you can't have everything.

I do a lot of computer design and that uses that was giving me a dull RSI ache in my right arm. This helped a lot and not the ache is gone.

mat does not lie perfectly flat, but may do with time

This was the perfect item to help me working from home (using a patio table with slats) to avoid discomfort. It’s a really nice size mat that evens out any lumps or bumps and the wrist rest is a good firmness not squishy but supportive without being hard. Excellent customer service as well when there was a problem with delivery (this was DHL who were very unhelpful) it it all got sorted in the end and I’m very pleased with the mat itself. As a trained DSE assessor I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product or this company.

Expected it to be slightly bigger but it's great, arrived fast and in good condition.

Id originally bought the small in this product, but couldn't fit my mouse on, and then started getting a painful wrist from having to reach too far. Exchanged the small for the large which is much better, fits my keyboard and mouse on, is very comfortable to use, and would definitely recommend

Wrist support goes all the way along the bottom. So very convenient. Am going to buy another one for the office to keep it their permanently 🙂

I work at my desk up to 8 hours a day, sometimes longer, this combined with a good mouse and keyboard (I use a Logitech Mix Master and Keys) fixed sore wrists and any strains I was having. It doesn't slip and the only sign of wear is the ever so slight dip where my wrist sits for the mouse, if anything that's a plus for me. But after 9 months I'm extremely satisfied, it really is an all in one solution.
