Was very pleased to find this product for an ottoman. This 10lb bag was perfect to fill it. Don’t let the size of the arriving box fool you, it expands and is very comfortable fill for an ottoman.Very happy no scent or added chemicals off-gassing.

I bought the 5 lb box of shredded foam fill to replace the stuffing in my dog bed. His bed is large, at 40"x29", and the 5lb box was enough to fill it about 5 inches high, which is perfect. At first, when it came in the mail I thought that there was no way it was going to be enough stuffing, and I almost got right back online to order another box. I am so glad I didn't! This stuff is SUPER compacted when you first open it. It is so compacted, that it was actually a pain in the butt to fluff back up. The foam comes in a big ball- about the size of 2 basket balls, and you have to like rip and tear chunks out of the block and crumble it to fluff it up again. This was annoying because it was sort of messy and the foam has this odd chemical smell to it that I found a bit unpleasant. However, if you put the entire ball of foam INTO the dog bed, and with your hands inside the cover, tear it apart, this helps with the mess. If you try to tear it off a handful at a time, and place each handful in the bed, you are going to have an incredible mess on your hands. Yes, this product is staticy, yes it has some "crusty" bits, and yes... at first it smells a little weird. HOWEVER, once you get past this minor road bumps, you will have an amazing, SUPPORTIVE, and FLUFFY dog bed for only like $20!! New dog beds, for a large dog, are between $100-$200 for "quality" beds. This stuff is SO MUCH BETTER than any dog bed filling i've ever paid more for! My greyhound is pretty boney and really needs a supportive bed that won't get lumpy/flat spots in it, and this stuff is Exactly what I was looking for. I am super glad that I bought it, and if his bed needs to be filled again I will not hesitate to buy it again, the work was totally worth the pay off. I really hope they keep selling this product for years to come.

Made several sleeping pillows with this filling and pretty happy with the results. We were looking for non-toxic pillow fillings. Tried the natural wool first, it was not very moldable and too hard on head. So we gave this natural latex filling a try. It works really well, moldable yet still firm enough. We got a 5-lb bag, 98% has been shredded pretty well, there are a few big chunks, but it was pretty easy to cut them with the scissors. I was prepared for “rubbery” odor from the natural latex, but even with pretty good sense of smelling, I really have not smelled much odor from these fillings. Overall, we are glad finding these made in USA natural latex here and feel the price is pretty reasonable.

If you were expecting large chunks of foam (like the photo suggests) then you will be sorely dissapointed. This is small bits, practically foam dust. It is completely shredded, which makes it very hard to get into an item (I am topping off a large 8 foot bean bag chair that already has microfiber chunks in it).If you do order this product (I suggest you don't and look elsewhere for something that has larger chunks) then do not unpackage/transfer on top of carpet. And do not do it near small children/animals, as the particles get in the air and everywhere (so they will be inhaled and/or picked up by your kids/animals and then who knows where the foam will end up!).I did the unpacking in our den on hardwood floor and had to minimize my clothing because the static caused these tiny bits of foam to so easily stick to me that even my bare arms would be covered with more foam than I could get to stay in the bag. In the end, I brushed this stuff off and swept it up to be dumped back into the bag afterwards. A good 10% of the foam didn't make it into the bag and got too mussed by the process of unpacking and sweeping to use, so I had to toss it.I am so frustrated that after literally hours of looking for a product that seemed to be large chunks of microfiber that I received this garbage and had to utilize it because I spent so much money on it.

The product pictures show much larger pieces than what I received. Only a small portion of the foam bits are of the size pictured, most are tiny (pea sized and smaller) which are not useful for pet beds if your pet is larger than a Guinea pig. All the foam gets staticky immediately, which is especially troublesome with all the tiny pieces. It is difficult to handle/pour/scoop, it makes a big mess.I bought to make one 24x36x3 dog bed and the 5# option is not going to do it. I will have to find more fill to make this supportive enough for a 65 pound dog.Seems like a good idea, but definitely way overpriced for something that would probably be headed for the trash if Amazon weren’t around.

Great product! Would recommend as fill for any item over polystyrene! Expands nicely.Only thing I would suggest is that they finesse their packaging somewhat. It's basically just compressed with packing tape and a pain to open. Prepare for mess.

For the price of the foam I was expecting more.

We used it to fill up a giant bean bag we had bought that wasn't properly stuffed. It worked but the foam is a bit chunky. Not sure where it came from either, i hope it's not some shredded old mattress. But it does the job.

Lots of foam and good sized chunks. No complaints.
