ORGANIC - ORGANIC - ORGANIC
This is the very first time I've seen ROSEMARY sold as a POWDER. It contains only ORGANIC ground rosemary; nothing else - no preservatives, no sodium, no MSG. I like the ground rosemary SO much better than the whole leaf rosemary. The whole leaf rosemary is too much like needles, twigs & stems. The ground rosemary is MUCH easier to use & digest. A little goes a long way.

Shaker holes too big!
Hard to find Rosemary POWDER. OVER priced...but love that it is organic...Absolutely hate that the holes are so big on the bottle! Continually try to be more gentle sprinkling out...but ALWAYS pours out too much; such a waste. Need to get a different sprinkle bottle to house the powder - so I can easily use it along with my other spices, while cooking.

Rosemary powder should be green in color, and without discernible texture
This stuff is light brown and you can see it's ground up stems. If I was looking for indigestible fiber, this has it. .........Reminds me of the distant past when I used to smoke weed. The disparaging phrase "stems and seeds". At least this stuff didn't include weed seeds.I've lived around rosemary as a landscaping and garden plant most of my life, and it's among my most favorite plants. And like the flavor. It deserves better than what it got here.One way to do rosemary, is to buy the extract from Swanson. Open up the capsule, concentrated rosemary. That's how I usually do rosemary.Surprisingly, powdered rosemary is hard to find. Will probably get a spice grinder and some good quality leaf rosemary, and see how that works out.
