Two ramps that work when the front doorway opens outward.
Fabulous. I ordered two different heights because I had two steps of different height. The ramps are great as they are not metal and therefore not slippery. And they fit right in. Thank you for this product

Nice product
Was able to trim it with a circular saw to fit perfect for our Patio door.

Works fine
I have it at the front door, it works fine -- although because of the door trim there is about 1" gap. The edges are a little rough.

This was what we need to fill a curb gap for our shop to easy push lawn mowers in shop.
This matched a rap we already has and works well with expanding the doorway ramp

A safe slope, no nails needed
When my husband was first released from the hospital, I purchased a metal ramp to get him up the 2 1/2 inches doorway. While it worked, it was too short and unsafe. Recently, we purchased an electric chair. It would not go up the incline. After looking around, I found this mat, with the correct height and long enough to be a safe incline.I love the fact that it is heavy enough to stay in place without nails. The wheelchair goes over it easily. Unfortunately, it is wider than our doorway, plus our door frame already has an edge that is slightly sloped. Since I already had the metal frame, I was able to resolve this issue by keeping a portion of the metal ramp and sliding the rubber one under for a smooth transition without any openings.I am attaching photos so that you can see how we worked it on our doorway.I have personally tested the slope by walking, using a walker, and riding my husband's electric wheelchair. Only after I confirmed its safety did I let him use it.Five stars, it passed all of my tests.

Not good for small wheels
This ramp is fantastic for regular wheelchairs, with wheels 6" or larger. But it is not good for a shower chair or sit-to-stand lift with 2" or 3" wheels. The ridges and textures make it hard to control and maintain momentum when moving an adult on small wheels.

Great Rubber Mat
This fits perfectly in our patio doorway out to the backyard and works great. The only problem is there is a strong rubber smell when it's been in the sun that comes into the house when we have the door open for air. We're hoping it wears off after a while.

Great ramp, can be trimmed.
Great product! I knew when I ordered it that I would need to trim it, I just didn't know how hard that would be. Turns out that it wasn't too hard at all. I used a circular saw, which can be very sketchy when cutting any man made material like plastic or rubber. It cut fine with out melting, so the blade didn't gum up or bind. The shop smelled like a tire store for a while, but we no longer have to worry about people picking carpet fuzz out of their teeth after crossing the threshold. The sheen makes it look like it might be slippery, but it isn't. It's heavy so it doesn't wander, and because it's not metal it doesn't clang as it's walked on, or as carts are pushed across it.I would definitely recommend it.
