I love when a new product just works perfectly right out of the box. I took the empty cartridge out of the printer, slapped in the new ZIPRINT, and the document that was stuck in the queue when I ran empty printed immediately. Clean and dark and perfect. I obviously can't speak to longevity, but... I'm optimistic.Good price, fast delivery, works great. Thanks.

Working from home and buying my own office supplies I was thrilled to try these the first time and find they were dependable and worked with my Brother Printer just as well as the Brother ones. They last a long time and provide great printing. Two of these are less than one of the OEM ones.

Works great. Printed a lot alreadyOnly issue is that I can't get rid of "replace toner" message. What it says to do is not working in the instructions that came with it. the toner itself is on point.

The cartridge works, prints well and there is no message on our Brother printer. The only problem is lack of installation instructions. You need to take the old cartridge out of the case it is in, then put the new one in the case and into the printer. We only figured this out when bought original Brother cartridge which had instructions with it.
