As described and pictured.
These are exactly as pictured. They arrive fairly flat from shipping but can be puffed up to appear like the image which I did with a toothpick before applying them. The adhesive works well on clean skin and they are good for one application. If you wish to use them more than once you will need to apply a theatrical adhesive. I applied them early for a Halloween party. They stayed on for 5 hours with no problems.
