I love how solid and sturdy this chair feels! It's extremely comfortable, and I'm glad I ordered it. Matter of fact, I might order another one.I found the assembly to be fairly straightforward, and I did it by myself. (I am, for reference, a middle-aged woman whose previous DIY experience topped out at pre-fab bookcases.) The instructions are light on words and heavy on exploded diagrams, but they're perfectly clear. The only dodgy bit was getting the seat attached to the base at the end because I needed five hands. Try flipping the top of the chair upside-down on your sofa and putting the base on top of it--worked for me. Oh, and don't take all the hardware off the card at once. Just open each little section as you need those bolts.The only caveat I can think of is that all the sturdiness makes this chair very, very heavy. It's not the sort of thing I'd order for my 90yo grandma. But if you don't mind the weight, I can't imagine a better chair.

During the pandemic, I had to set up a home office for teleworking. Didn't want a rolling chair on my carpet, so I got this instead. After 3 years, it is still in perfect shape and is so comfortable to sit in for 8 hours a day. My back is terrible, but sitting in this chair doesn't hurt me at all.I recently was setting up my basement shop and needed a chair for my stained glass grinder and soldering workbench. I looked at all sorts of rolling chairs, but just ended up ordering a second one of these since I already know it's perfect for me. Highly recommend!

I needed a sled-base office chair to replace my rolling/swivel chair while I recovered from hip surgery. It's REALLY difficult to find a good office chair with a sled base. There aren't many of them out there. I found this chair after a long search. It is well built and functions much like a typical office chair. Much better than getting a waiting-room style chair. It's pretty comfy and nearly meets all my needs. My only issue has to do with the arms. They arms fold up, which is nice, but they settle at the wrong height and angle for me. They angle up toward the front instead of being flat, and you can't adjust their height. That being said, the height offset between the seat the arm rests is fixed. You get what they give you. If the manufacturer would spend a few extra bucks and make the arm rest adjustable, they would have a 5/5 chair. Almost there, but not quite 4/5 stars.

I love this chair! It is very comfortable and I really appreciate that the arms go up and down. The mesh is breathable. I have balance issues and cannot use swivel chairs, so this is a great compromise for my office. Assembly definitely required two people, one to hold the base in place and the other to insert the screws. The tread does wear down quite easily so definitely recommend having support to get it right the first time.

Easy to assemble, a little awkward at times but it's a comfortable chair that offers a lot for the money.

I have a carpeted floor at my desk and wanted a strong sled chair. I am happy that the sled frame is a single piece. Upon unpacking, I noticed a small scratch on the black metal sled base. It doesn't bother me, being out of direct site and an easy spot to add future scratches. During assembly, I observed that the holes for the bolts could have been smaller. You may consider adding washers. The holes that connect the base to the chair are also placed in a way that would easily allow you to attach the base backwards (which I initially did). Doing so leaves you less comfortable as you are leaning forward. Maybe it is intentional as some people might prefer the less comfortable and more engaging experience. I wanted to remove a star from my rating because of the disappointment of the oversized holes for the bolts. But, I feel that this is one of, if not the best option for an office sled chair at this price.

Ordered this product since we were in need of a new computer/gaming chair. I don't like a chair with wheels, and wanted something with arms that can go up as needed. Came across this chair which seemed to fit my needs perfectly. The height is good, the quality surprisingly exceeded my expectations especially for the price! My only complaint, and the reason for the 4/5 stars, is because the chair seems to lean forward, so much so it feels like you are going to slide right out. I'm constantly having to readjust because of it. I'm not sure if I just got a faulty chair or if that's how they all sit so order at your own risk, but otherwise it's a very great chair for the price!

I love this chair. I bought the one without wheels. I can sit for long periods of time with any fatigue at all. I loved it so much that I purchased a 2nd one for my bedroom where I sometimes go on line or play games. The base is perfect and leaves no marks on my rug. If I were to use it in a room without a rug, such as my kitchen I would simply add some felt pads as I have done with other chairs to avoid marks. The arms flip up and make getting up or sitting down a cinch. Easy and quick to assemble. Nice back support and no sweating or sticking. I noticed it's available with a non fabric seat and that one may not provide the same comfort as this one. I didn't think that it would work for me without wheels but I was pleased this model.

I've forgiven it for being such a pain to assemble. It's fairly hefty, which made putting it together difficult, especially since I didn't have much space to assemble it in. Would be much easier with a helper.The chair itself is really comfortable and stays put, which is really all you want in most chairs. The mesh back is a nice touch and I love that the armrests lift.

These are very comfortable chairs and they look very professional. The higher back is wonderful.

People have said that this chair is difficult to put together, it isn't. That the holes don't line up, they do. That it's not comfortable, it is.The fixing bolts are easily cross-threaded, which is perhaps why people said the holes didn't line up, so if you are putting it together and the bolts feel stiff, don't press your luck, you are probably cross-threading them and this will end badly. Basically, if the bolts don't go in easily, you are doing it wrong. Mind you, be aware that the bolts come with thread lock applied so they will become a little harder to screw in after a few turns, this is normal with thread-lock.So far, the chair has been comfy, not too bad a height and feels sturdy.It's not mentioned anywhere but the seat height is 45cm.

Perfect for gaming. Easy to assemble and very comfortable.
